Best gym in the area by far! The Capaci family do an excellent job of providing a top notch facility. Plenty of equipment, including free weights, benches, cable machines, punching bags, tanning beds, red light therapy, and treadmills/bikes/elliptical machines. Highly recommend!

Ridiculous expensive for any gym these days, so honestly, I never even made it inside. $50 for a month is just crazy with all of the $10 a month places out there... C'mon Eric!?

Unfortunate that the business is unwilling to accommodate visiting family and or provide day passes for temporary use. Seems like it would open up another avenue for revenue stream but they appear to be doing just fine without it. Best of luck.

Capaci Family Fitness is a locally owned and operated business that provides an excellent product for a reasonable price. The gym operates on a 24 hour basis letting members come to use the facility as they please. The facility has an excellent selection of machines from basic free-weight benches to specialized machines. Overall a very highly satisfactory experience.

Open 24/7 with both machines and free weights with tanning beds and light therapy provides you with everything you need and all they ask is to clean up after yourself and clean the machines and they provide the chemicals and rags to do so
