When I started training with Chase, it was my first time having a trainer help me through my fitness journey. Throughout the process, Chase helped me tremendously in achieving my fitness goals with the style of training he created for me, which helped me get strong, leaner and way more athletic than I had ever been. My body changed completely, but also I changed as he incorporated motivational strategies, nutrition guidance and spiritual support to allow me to follow and stay in the process. Training to become mentally strong was part of it. Chase wants to see the people he works with succeed, and he will do anything within his reach to support that!

I’m not one who loves to workout, it’s never come easy to me, and I get in my head and overwhelmed easily. *Enters Chase Livingston* Chase is the first and ONLY trainer/friend that can make workouts enjoyable for me. He somehow finds ways to make workouts different and competitive so you’re not thinking of how much you’re sweating! During his bootcamps, Chase has helped me push way past what I thought my personal limit was. He CARES about how you’re feeling mentally as well as physically.
