The classes themselves aren’t bad, but it is impossible to cancel. I have called numerous times to cancel my membership, and I can’t ever get anyone on the phone. It’s insane. I am about to have my bank block all charges from this place as I am realizing I may not have any other choice. I hate when franchises make it impossible to cancel.

Limited class availability and now they are not even on classpass anymore. The regular membership is very expensive.

The is is a hard one for me to write because I have had positive experiences at this gym with the instructors and the members—but the admin is pretty horrible and that sadly is the reason I will never step foot in this place ever again.
I put my membership on a freeze while I was pregnant and requested that the freeze extend through January 2025. Two months after I started the freeze, I noticed the gym was charging me monthly anyway. It was a headache to communicate with the GM to get this rectified, but they eventually refunded me the charges. That was annoying enough. Months later, I’m told my payment didn’t go through for December and they want updated info. The membership was supposed to have been frozen THROUGH January. To avoid the inevitable back and forth, I ask to cancel as I am not medically cleared to attend anyway. The new GM informs me that I cannot cancel, that I have to pay for an additional month because you can’t cancel a membership that’s frozen. What’s the point of a freeze? This was never disclosed to me, however admin is insisting that it’s in the fine print somewhere? So basically they want me to pay for a month that I cannot use (I’m having surgery in two weeks) in order for me to cancel the following month. Kinda negates their 30 day policy… I guess it’s a 60 day policy by this logic! The account is supposed to be frozen anyway. This new GM let me know she will send the account to collections (lol) and that she doesn’t have to offer me anything, it would be “her choice.” Gross attitude. Also can someone please translate this email because what..??? Makes zero sense.
As a physician in this community, I was excited to send patients to this establishment, but now I will advise against. I’m super bummed at how illogical this money grabbing policy is and how unprofessional the staff has turned out to be. Get the YogaGlo app instead!

I recently had the opportunity to try a class at Club Pilates, and it was an incredibly positive experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and excited for my workout. The studio had a clean, bright atmosphere with a calming vibe, which immediately put me at ease.
During my first class, the instructor was not only knowledgeable but also enthusiastic, making sure to explain each exercise clearly and offering modifications for all fitness levels. I appreciated how attentive they were, ensuring everyone was comfortable with the equipment and movements. The class was a perfect blend of challenge and support, and I felt encouraged to push myself while also being mindful of my body.
The reformer machines were easy to use, and I loved how they added variety to the workout. I could feel my muscles working in ways I hadn't experienced before, and by the end of the session, I felt both energized and relaxed. The focus on alignment and core strength was refreshing, and I left the class feeling accomplished and motivated to return.
What stood out most was the sense of community among the participants. Everyone was supportive, sharing smiles and encouragement, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the emphasis on mindfulness and body awareness that Club Pilates promotes.
Overall, my experience at Club Pilates was fantastic. I left the studio feeling rejuvenated and excited to incorporate Pilates into my fitness routine. I can't wait to go back and continue my journey towards improved strength and flexibility in such a positive and welcoming environment!

I like going here as the instructors don't make me feel rushed or incompetent. I can move at my own pace, as my body allows and still get a great workout in for the day!

I’ve been working out here for about 3 months now. Theyve got a lot of good things going for them. I’ve really appreciated the great instructors who are knowledgeable to maximize your work out in a way that has me thinking about muscular engagement long after class ends. I genuinely am excited to work out even at 5 am. I also love that they have many varieties of very early morning classes which works best for my busy schedule.

I’ve been a member at Club Pilates for a while, but my recent experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. On October 26th, I spoke to the front desk about canceling my membership. I was told I needed to email the store manager at least 7 days before my billing cycle. I missed the deadline for November 1st but sent my cancellation email in mid-November to ensure my membership would end before December. However, the manager Julie responded, saying I needed to provide 30 days’ notice.
I then called and spoke to Meredith, who acknowledged that the “7-day notice” policy I was originally told was a mistake on the company’s part. She said she’d reach out to the manager to address the issue. Unfortunately, the manager refused to adjust the situation and claimed I would still be billed for December. Meredith then accused me of asking to freeze my account instead of canceling it, which is completely untrue.
I requested a call from the manager over a week ago and still haven’t heard back. This entire situation was caused by incorrect information from their staff, yet I’ve been blamed for their mistake. The lack of professionalism and accountability, especially from the manager, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location due to its poor communication and unprofessionalism.

Think twice before joining this Pilates studio! The main exercise times are usually filled up weeks in advance so it’s difficult to work out when you want to if you’re not scheduling a month in advance. Club Pilates cancellation policy does not allow for cancellations due to sickness, also, so I found that I got sick WAY more often because people are crammed in the studio and arrive with contagious illnesses. They also make it very difficult to put your account on hold and/or cancel your membership. Had I known these things before I joined, I absolutely would not have joined this Pilates studio.

Would not recommend, the lead instructor is a mean girl and basically spreads it among the other instructors too. I love Pilates and I’ve been to other locations not in NWA but there are better priced and nicer studios in the area you can go to

I love this studio. Every workout brings a new challenge. All of the teachers are very helpful. And the class times range wide enough to fit anyones schedule. The early morning or the night classes are my favorite because its dark outside and the lights are low.

I enjoyed my instructor and the program itself. Unfortunately, there are a lot of flaws when it comes to management, regarding customer service and fees. Not only is the management hard to contact, but they are oblivious to customers financial flexibility needs. So much so that they refuse to assist customers in finding more affordable solutions to avoid losing their business. I was routinely attending classes weekly, had good relationships with instructors and genuinely enjoyed my time there. I was eager to make a healthy lifestyle change. However, there were some financial changes I had to make recently which left me needing to downgrade. After going to management with my problem and requesting a more affordable option, not only was I treated like a nuisance but I was tricked into “downgrading” and paying the same amount as I had prior to. I found myself locked into another 30 day contract paying the same amount I was attempting to decrease. When I asked about the difference they used taxes as an excuse but refused to refund or even apologize for not disclosing the true monthly cost. The lack of respect they have for their customers loyalty and business left a rancid taste in my mouth (to say the least). Thier policies surrounding their memberships are crookery. They make more money if you do not go then if you do. All in all, my advice to you is to save your money and find a more flexible and affordable club that actually cares about you.

This place is awesome! The instructors are top tier, front desk staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the classes are unparalleled to anything I’ve ever tried before.
I am new to Pilates (on my 14th class now since 11/1/23)
and caught on quickly, this really is for any and every body. There are people of all shapes and sizes, and you can truly customize each workout to best fit your personal needs, the instructors do a great job of facilitating that and asking in advance if anyone has any injuries etc. This is the first program I have been able to stick with, and each class is <
Really can’t say enough good things about this place, if you’re on the fence at all, go for it!! You won’t regret it! :)

Totally recommended! They offer classes through the day. I love to kick off my day with class. They start at 6 am, my fav. Some days they offer 5 am and thats even better! It's great to stretch and work the muscles in a calm but purposeful way. I've gotten the value out of the unlimited membership. The instructors are very knowledgeable. They correct your form when needed. I Ilove classes with Khan, Tena and Blanca! It's good for women and men.

I would like to give this facility a great review but when I signed up I was told I was getting a monthly rate which was more expensive I could cancel when necessary after the first 3 months, that I could book 30 days in advanced, and they would have plenty of available class times despite my limiting work schedule. I specifically asked how many classes were at my level and after 6 pm so I could know if signing up for three months was a realistic idea. I was assured over and over that since I could book 30 days out I would be good to go.
I found out I actually couldn’t book 30 days in advance since I was month to month. I could only book 30 days from when my monthly balance reset and by then most of the class times I could make it to (at the beginner level) were completely full and I could never get in.
When I had to cancel a class (within the window of getting my class credits back) it didn’t credit me with my class and the girl at the front said I would have to come in and they could book it in person. This wasn’t a deal breaker but definitely inconvenient.
When I realized there was no way I would be able to make it to my 8 classes and I’d be lucky to get into 2 or 3 I asked to have my Membership frozen. At that time, I was told that I actually could cancel and that it would be a $100 cancellation fee. Had I known this I would have cancelled midway through the first month.
I asked the general Manager via the email I was given to please charge me this fee to avoid another $175 coming out of my account for the 3rd month in a row and she responded by telling me there was nothing she could do according to their policies and I would be charged again.
I don’t know where the disconnect is. It may be the front desk staff who are working with faulty information or a manager that makes the policies up as she goes, but I know: They will exaggerate their schedule, class availability, and how many days ahead you’re able to book classes so that you’re locked into an expensive 3 month commitment.

Kahn is the best! So sorry I have to cancel my membership as I can never get into a class. Be careful of the contracts here. Depending on the plan you choose, you may be signing up for a minimum of three months, and then find it extremely hard to get into any classes that fit your schedule (all classes except the intro class are commonly waitlisted 4-5 people deep). They may tell you that the solution is to drive to the Rogers location. That is inconvenient for me.
