My experience at Club Pilates Midtowne has been outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to the manager, Anakah. She was the very first person I spoke with, and she made the entire process of getting started incredibly easy. She is patient, attentive, kind, and truly listens to you. It is clear that she cares about the members and puts real effort into making sure you feel supported and informed. Do not let any negative reviews mislead you. My experience with her has been nothing but positive.
I also appreciate how clearly she explained the membership agreement. Everything was laid out upfront, and there were no surprises. As long as you read your contract, you will know exactly what you are signing up for, and the membership is absolutely a great investment.
On top of that, the studio is always clean and well maintained, and the equipment is top of the line. The instructors are knowledgeable and professional, which makes every class feel worthwhile.
Overall, I highly recommend this studio, and I especially want to thank Anakah for making my start such a smooth and welcoming experience.

I was interested in booking an introduction class for myself and a few coworkers with the possibility of becoming members. Unfortunately, due to the unprofessional and judgmental demeanor of Anakah, I will not be pursuing that.
When I inquired about bringing at least four of us to an intro class, I explained that we were completely new and unsure if we could manage a full regular class. Instead of being welcoming, I was told that intro classes are only for individuals “seriously interested” and not for people “just wanting to have fun.” This was offensive and dismissive, especially since I never gave any indication that we weren’t serious.
I clarified that I was speaking about coworkers, not “girlfriends,” as she implied. Had this interaction gone differently, it could have led to more people from my workplace joining and potentially growing their membership base. Instead, the lack of professionalism left me with no interest in recommending this location to anyone.
Customer service and respect should come first—especially when dealing with potential new members.

Be wary of the “month-to-month” membership option. Staff conveniently fail to mention the 30-day cancellation policy, which locks you into paying for another full month, even if you cancel right away. This crucial detail is neither communicated verbally nor provided in writing. When I raised concerns, the manager showed zero empathy, avoided accountability, and echoed the same dismissive attitude as the billing department. Despite explaining my situation clearly, I was met with harassment-level phone calls instead of solutions. THEY WILL REFUSE TO CANCEL YOUR MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP UNLESS YOU PAY A FULL MONTHS MEMBERSHIP. The only “help” offered was an email address — and, of course, no one responds. The treatment I received makes me question how customers are truly valued.

I came for an intro class and then purchased a monthly package. I enjoy that they offer classes from 6am to 7pm which works well with my schedule. The instructors are great and each have a style that works for the type of workout you're going for. I do appreciate the different levels, so for those that are new you can learn the terminology and movements, and for those that was more experienced really get a workout. Happy to have found this place!
PS: If you're a first responder, healthcare professional (and teacher I believe that's the other one), they had a special running in May. It was nice to be honored!

What a great feeling of home away from home. Thanks to Chelsea for her hospitality and the great workouts with Ryan and Daytton. As a fellow instructor I thought the level of challenge and cues were amazing.

Was a great time. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I took the 30min intro class with Patricia. Never done pilates before so was there were some awkward movements but I know what areas I need to work on now. Gonna do some of these movements at home and be back for another class

It was a great experience, I think even in the 30 minute intro class, it helped some areas that I was having discomfort.
