I started my Pilates journey 4 and half years ago at Connections Pilates and Fitness, going to the gyms like Planet Fitness I was over doing it and causing more pain to my body, with this I am not sore or miserable days after, doing Pilates has given me the energy and strength to keep moving my body.
Michelle and Katie have been the best at making sure I get the technique of each movement and get the right muscles to work with each movement.
Pilates has given me more mobility 3 years ago I was in a car wreck, and it’s been a long road but if I hadn’t had been doing Pilates I would probably have had to stop working because of my wrist.
Now, instead of dreading or avoiding working out, I look forward to my Pilates classes. The studio is always clean and peaceful, and everyone else who attends classes is friendly and supportive.
Pilates is the most efficient way to heal the body from injury and poor posture.
Michelle even does Equestrian Pilates and the only one in this area.
Michelle and Katie are highly skilled and experienced. I highly recommend her! 5 STARS!

Michelle is excellent at giving personalized instruction. I ride horses and after several months of Pilates with Michelle, my trainer asked me what I had been doing. She said I was stronger and more balanced. Michelle pushes me to the most I am able to do, and makes modifications for anything beyond my skill level. Highly recommend!

Starting my Pilates journey at Connections Pilates and Fitness is one of the best things I’ve done this past year! As someone who typically does not enjoy physical activity, I wanted to find something I could do to build strength, balance, and flexibility without being miserable. Michelle has been wonderful, meeting me at my skill level (a beginner) and making sure I learn proper technique while pushing me to challenge myself physically. She is quick to encourage and has helped me believe that I can have a successful Pilates practice. Now, instead of dreading or avoiding working out, I look forward to my Pilates classes. The studio is always clean and peaceful, and everyone else who attends classes is friendly and supportive. Moreover, I already see the benefits in regard to my physical health and mobility.
