Gym is mediocre at best & not because of the facility, because of the weird staff. Most of the decent staff has left, leaving unenthusiastic, rude, disingenuous staff left. This gym pretty much caters to the elderly and people that work for Conway regional, the vibes are off and communication on just about everything you’re probably interested in pursing is lacking.

You’ll notice most people come in to use the pool/sauna occasionally and leave. Or just part at the gym and utilize the trail.

If you are interested in becoming a member beware of the staff/management. And take advantage of the day/weekly passes. Avoid at all costs - Conway has much better gyms with warmer atmospheres.

After going through the process of setting up swim lessons and paying out the coach cancelled 5 times at the last minutes wasting my time and money. I scheduled 8 lessons over 6 week period and I only had to cancel once as my littlest was throwing up and I cancelled the day before the lesson. The coach however, cancelled five separate times the day of the lesson, causing me to waste money on a babysitter as well as the time spent driving to the lessons. As of right now the front desk brushed me off with no promise of a refund for the other lessons that I paid for.

Huge number of machines for resistance and cardio exercises. Indoor track, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, racquetball courts. All in great condition. Seemed to be quite a few staff available to assist. While the parking lot was pretty full, the gym still seemed to not be very busy- it's such a big space that I never felt crowded and never had to wait for equipment (on a Thursday, midday, during spring break week).

If I could have a harsher negative I would. I was a huge supporter of this facility in the past for the health benefits, pool, and amenities. To their credit they are very nice, staff is caring, however when it comes to clarity of the membership, pricing, what is or isn't going to happen when you need to cancel or terminate is the biggest joke 🫣

If I could leave -5 stars I would regarding their director Reed and membership contract issues.

Make sure when joining you are going to be going, that your one year term is understood, the difference in a medical pause and/or completion of your contract state. I've dealt with several times discrepancy between what front desk and how Reed and the terms go far as contract.

Do realize to cancel, dispute, anything is far faster to have your bank do it than try to work with them.

I have been a faithful member for several years and the gym has really declined in customer service and caring about their members, especially long-term ones. I have brought several concerns regarding the childcare and safety to the admin, and nothing has changed, not did they seem to care. They made a mistake on my account but never admitted even partial fault. I suffered an injury from an incompetent trainer, and the admin weren't concerned at all. It just seems like this gym that use to have a "family feel" has now become too corporate to really care or listen to their members.

I had access to a free gym at the base. I ended up with a total hip replacement back in September and needed something other than a treadmill or a bike. However, the important things that I needed such as a pool and a sauna were never available. The pool across town and the sauna was always broken.

Therefore, I began searching for a place with a pool and a sauna. I found Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. The gym has everything one could need. It also had a steam room.

I have been going since January, and I’m losing weight through the use of the pool and the sauna and the steam room. There’s also a hot tub.

If you’re looking for a place to get your self moving and losing weight, this is the place for you.

It started with the challenge in signing up to get in the club. Very controlling personality in the associate helping me. It all worked out but somewhat frustrating. I need to improve my health and the pool and hot tub along with stream room is a must for me. I am happy I joined but I wish mgt would fix the hot tub to it original state. Only has half of the jets working. I'm sure this will be good for my health. I look forward to improvement of self and experience needed improvements in a wonderful facility.

I've been a loyal customer at this gym for years. However, my card expired and I accidentally missed a payment. But instead of me just catching up on my missed payment, they kicked me out of their gym membership enrollment and told me I'd have to repay for a new gym membership if I wanted to continue going to the gym. My family and I have been members for years and I cannot imagine a better gym. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the gym is spacious with a wide variety of equipment and so much extra like a track, pool & hot tub, sauna, and racketball courts. There are always trainers on duty to answer any questions (my daughter and I have ventured into some weights and needed help on a few machines), and the bathrooms/lockers/shower area is very nice. Towels, cold filtered water for bottle refills, and cup holders on aerobic machines are really nice extras. The atmosphere in the gym is great, its typically fairly quiet, everyone is nice but there to do their respective exercise. You see people of all ages and fitness levels, couples, parents and kids, very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have been to quite a few gyms some expensive and some cheap, but this is by far my favorite not only because of the amenities but also the staff. Reed is one of the managers that helped me sign up and I’ve enjoyed going there every time and, in my opinion the price is worth it! My family got a membership bug mistake went to for bmi was told the reason I may be heavy was here are what couch potato calories are 1800 per day. I was very upset at that she denied saying that we never went back yet they took the money out for a year. Tried to talk to director but he was too busy watching his son swim at a swim camp there .

We are doing swim lessons and if it’s raining make sure to call because they will close the pool. It’s an indoor pool so not sure why they close it. This is a great place. It has what the other gyms have along with basketball, racket ball, yoga, biking and many more. I have bad back and get a great body massage from the powerful jacuzzi jets.
