I started training with Mike about a month ago here in Little Rock. What I love is that he is ALL about correct form! He is really encouraging and uses repetition to get me to perfect my technique. He has been very patient with me since I've used kettlebells only a couple of times prior to this. There is a learning curve so give it time. But I'm already swinging a 24kg (53lbs, y'all!) bell!

I got to know Michael through one of my best friends (also Mike's girlfriend) Lori Menna. In having a few conversations with Mike and Lori about Kettle Bell training, I decided to give it a try. I have been a part of several different workout programs over the years but this one by far is the best I've ever experienced! I've never worked with kettle bells before so I was a little intimidated at first but after the first session I was hooked! Mike is very thorough in explaining proper form and why it’s important so you don't injure yourself, but also to get the results you're aiming for. I started his program about 9 weeks ago and between Mike's program and Lori's nutrition program I have lost 12lbs! What has surprised me the most about this program, is how quickly I built strength, endurance, and muscle tone. If you are considering getting into kettle bells, whether you are a beginner or seasoned, I would highly recommend Mike!

My husband, Rauf, and I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Rupert for MANY years when he was our Trainer in Chicago.
We were not only hooked to kettle bell training BUT we were transformed physically. Initially, when I watched other people swing a kettle bell, I was very relunctant to try. I considered myself a runner and strength training for me was an afterthought. Michael started to teach us (specifically me), how to use the kettlebells correctly for a total body workout that not only resulted in a boost in my confidence, but I was able to run marathons with more endurance and I was able to do pull-ups and chin-ups!! The best part about our workouts? The laughter and conversation. Michael will listen to what you need, tailor your workouts and in the meantime, make you laugh and smile through the stress! We are always grateful for what he did for us and we consider him a great friend…we even have a couple of kettlebells at home! We highly recommend him as a Trainer! #countryStrong - Thank you Michael!

I worked out with Michael when both he and I were based in Chicago. I also took his Mace and Kettlebell Class. Michael gives white glove customer service and really teaches you the value of being strong. Michael is a top notch trainer who really illustrates the importance of functional fitness. His training will make you stronger physically, mentally, psychologically and spiritually. I highly recommend Country Strong Strength and Conditioning.

I've worked out with Michael for over ten years while he was here in Chicago and now via Zoom, in his homeland. Michael has such a wealth of knowledge about how the body functions and he knows exactly how to cater a workout to meet your specific needs as well as helping you to become stronger, faster and better.... Yeah, he kind of makes SuperHero's of those whom he trains. Michael took me from sofa to running multiple marathons and at 58, I'm stronger than I've ever been. His workouts are no joke, but they are fun, effective and functional for our daily lives. He's a man of integrity and honor and he's kind of sweet too, (inside joke). Michael practices what he preaches and he's invested in each and every one us. I can't say enough about his dedication and commitment to his craft and those of us who are privileged to have him as our trainer and friend.

Mike is the best! As a former endurance athlete who broke myself down, Mike has helped me build back my strength and endurance so that I feel as strong as I did 20 years ago. Kettlebells are no joke and when coached properly, you will see gains in all areas. I even upped my bench press by 66% within a few months (without doing any bench press during our sessions!) !
