Cyclebar Rock City is the best! The instructors are all so kind and supportive. Recommend it to anyone wanting to try an indoor workout class. Not just cycling, it’s a whole body workout class!

CycleBar Rock City is great studio full of wonderful staff and instructors. They will always greet you with a warm smile and make you feel right at home. Get ready to sweat as the coaches will put you through the paces for an intense 45 minutes of fast-paced, fun indoor cycling. However, they offer constant encouragement that makes you feel like you can accomplish anything!

Cyclebar does provide a great workout. You get an intense 45 min of cardio. However the billing and management side is lacking. I was doing unlimited rides per month. They charge your card automatically every month. I wanted to freeze my account, but was told I have to do within 14 days of next billing cycle. So I was charged another $108. I went to freeze my account within 14 days this time, however they froze my account the day I put notice in. I was unable to ride the rest of the month that I already paid for! Front desk girl could not explain this process to me. Contacted management. Did no good. I would be VERY wary about getting auto drafted from this company. Oh, and if you want to cancel membership you have to within 30 days of next billing cycle. They want to get that extra $100+ from you.

Fun. This place challenged me from the start and I was in awe of others' drive and focus.I will stretch before the next class and do a warm up while the others are kicking it into high gear. I just wish I could hear the instructor better over the loud music.

This company steals from people and makes it impossible to cancel your membership according to the contract that says 30 days notice. I cancelled over 3 months ago and they continue to charge me every month. I can’t get a hold of anyone no matter the number of phone calls or emails, they continue to ignore me but charge my credit card. I would give 0 stars if possible. Very dishonest, lack of integrity, and sneaky.
