Over the years, I have done multitudes of different types of group training and individual training. Sharon has been one of the best. I told her what I wanted and she nailed it. She’s accommodating but knows how to notch it up without being painful. Her equipment is top notch and she always adds something extra to make sure you get a great work out. 🏋️💪

Working out with Sharon regularly has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself in the past year. I attend group fitness classes too, but the 1:1 time is personalized and highly efficient. When I started, I was transitioning out of physical therapy for my low back, because after kids I was having trouble standing for long periods of time, but consistency with Sharon has paid off. Scheduling is easy, she’s a great communicator and very flexible. The bonus is I always enjoy my time with her!

Sharon is awesome! I started working with her about 1.5 years ago because of a back injury and overall lack of strength and since then I have seen significant improvements to my back injury (most days non-existent) and my overall strength has increased significantly. I notice the improvements in my other activity like yoga & cycling - I feel much stronger! Sharon created a program specifically for my needs, and makes each session intentional. I couldn’t recommend her enough! Plus she’s a joy to work with :)

I didn't understand the value of a personal trainer until I started working with Sharon. I keep a fairly rigorous exercise routine (being retired gives me the time) but I wanted someone to help me identify and address my weaknesses, which were primarily strength and balance. Sharon is non-judgmental, patient and fun to be around. Each session is different - she motivates me to work hard. Originally, I thought I would just work with her for a few weeks but now I am hooked.

I’ve been training with Sharon at Fiesty Fitness for the past few months, and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The private gym setting offers a comfortable and focused environment, which has been great for motivating me to continue working out. I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and I owe it all to Sharon's training and personalized workouts. Her pricing is very fair and scheduling is flexible with no contract!
