I've been going to this gym now for over 6 months, most weeks 6 days a week. I love this place and have found a place that feels like home, motivates me to work hard on myself, and provides me with a clean and healthy space to build muscle and lose fat. Bryon, Andreea, Jocey and Max have all welcomed my family into this amazingly supportive fitness community! The workouts are high energy and can accommodate all fitness levels. Join this gym! Fit body Roger’s has been a game changer for me. As a working mom I have been struggling since 2020 to consistently add exercise to my routine and investing in myself. Initially I was attracted to the 35min workout, but once I got there I realized it was that and more! The coaches and staff here are so friendly, encouraging, and ready to help you crush each workout. Although it’s a group workout, there is always a coach nearby to help you with your form. This is the first time in a long time where I feel motivated to workout because they make it so easy to keep coming back! All you need to do is show up for yourself and this community helps with the rest! Bonus they even have a body scanner to help set goals and track your results! Great gym, great atmosphere, great people…if you read my whole review you should go now to sign up, you’ll love it!

I have been attending classes for 2 weeks since the gym opened. It has been an amazing experience. I am not one that likes fitness classes. But they were offering a great intro price so I gave it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the structure of the workouts and the enthusiasm and energy of the coaches. It truly is a gym for every BODY and every age and fitness level. Modified exercises are shown and you can push yourself as much as you want. No one looks down on you if you can’t finish a set. I feel the staff truly cares about each client and the sense of family and community is evident. And Andreea is one of a kind!!!! She is kind, caring and honestly wants to support your fitness journey. I highly recommend giving a class a try. I can also say it has helped me to get a more diverse workout into my life and I have enjoyed it very much.

This is my first group workout gym and I think I am hooked! The trainers are kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and happy to help push you when you need it. That typically means they get on the floor and do the exercise with you, which is VERY motivating to keep going! This place is friendly for every body type and when I told the trainer about my asthma, they were kind to help me modify when I was short of breath and were so encouraging of me to go at a pace that worked for me and take breaks when my body required it. Also, the team learned my name after the FIRST day and I truly feel a part of the group here. Never thought I'd wake up at 4:30am to workout at 5am, but here I am and honestly my days are better for it!

I signed up with a friend to work on my High Intensity Interval Training endurance (LOL one day my tall-girl burpee problems will be behind me), and I’m loving it so far! The coaches are so approachable and they make the gym atmosphere positive and fun. They take time to learn your name and circulate around the gym during the workouts to help with your form, give you a heavier dumbbell, or jump in on reps with you! It feels very personal , which is something I value. The workouts are easy to follow, effective, and can be tailored to any fitness level. I feel challenged every day and am excited to learn what my body is capable of!

Once I was getting a haircut at a local salon and hairdressers were talking about their couch Andrea, "oh my she is the best in town!!".. so it took me a year to find this incredible Andrea!! Only after a small chat with her you want to start exercising and think twice before eating unhealthy. She has a unique sense of humor, hear each and every client, and most importantly you have fun while exercising and see results. The gym is not open yet but I'm counting days!!
