Plenty of equipment (dumbbells, plates) and the machines were all in working order. Layout of the space worked well even with a larger number of people in working out later in the day . Great gym and will absolutely come back from Little Rock to train here with Christian!!

4.5 stars* i went there yesterday looking for a day pass to check out the gym, see if I wanted that to be my main gym. When did EVENTUALLY get in there it was pretty nice and I got a decent little work out. The main problem i ran into was just trying to get into the gym itself.

They have this QR code which takes you to their membership options, and I chose day pass. I filled out all the information... but then, I see a photo required(*). This in and of itself wasn't an issue for me personally. The problem came when I tried to input a photo. I don't know if it's just my phone (which is not old by any means and the proper permissions were activated so it's not that) or something else but it wouldn't let me take a picture then and there, again, not the main issue. So It directs me to choose one from my gallery, not in the usual way where I go to the gallery app, but just choose a Pic from a "tab" that covers the browser. Welp I chose one, and it just popped up like an unrendered picture you'd see off a website. Anyway I tried to just move on to sign up and it just sent me right back to the membership page saying "a photo is required"... i tried 3 more times and it still didn't work.

I eventually called them and the first guy didn't even know why a picture was required and hadn't heard of people really doing any photos anyway. He tried helping me the best he could and eventually got a call from one of his bosses(?) And Ashley got a hold of me and helped me out (she didn't sound all that surprised about the photo requirement, so I guess it's a new implementation?) And offered to help me set a membership if I wanted to, and I appreciate that.

I'm deducting 0.5 - 1 star simply because of the friction with this whole situation and the half hour wait just to enter the gym. Other than that, it looks like a solid gym and the people helped me the best they could and this didnt sound like it happened often, so, 4 - 4.5 stars!

Recently visited Flex Fitness looking for a gym while out of town. This gym is an excellent gym for powerlifting and bodybuilding. The array of equipment to choose from is outstanding. The atmosphere is perfect, making it a great place to achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommended for serious lifters.

Owner is a great guy. I'm 74 years old and I have COP D when I went in and introduced myself. He said the things that I needed to hear Then I. Asked if I could get a Fitness program from him and he said he would fix me up any time.

Great bodybuilding gym with the essentials and machines. Dumbbells go up to 140lbs and the owner Brian is an awesome dude. They have a good local supplement line on deck and pre made meals dropped on Monday’s for the week, which is huge because you CAN NOT find meal prep shops in hot springs. I’ve got this saved as my gym of choice while traveling.

Talk about results! The gym is great, but personal training is where it is at! Three weeks and my muscles are growing and my metabolism is kicking in. I am motivated and work harder that I would on my own. Don't spend too much time thinking about it! Just Do It!!

I have been to every gym in hot springs and this is the best one so far. The owner is a very nice guy and will communicate with you with problems and concerns one may have. The staff and the people there have such good energy that every time you walk through the door you meet new friends each and every time. If I could give it 6 stars I would, because of how much I enjoy going there. I recommend it to anyone who wants to workout or is getting back in shape.

I came home for leave to visit family for a week and needed a gym to go to. The owner was really awesome and let me workout there. The place is what I call true iron. There was everything I needed and setups I haven't seen before. Definitely a good place to workout.

This is the place to workout in Hot Springs! We were in town visiting relatives and were able to get in a workout. This would be our gym if we lived in Hot Springs. Owner on site, very friendly and showed us some Arkansas hospitality. I highly recommend this gym. Plus, you have to stop by and see Flex the gym mascot. If Flex ever sires pups I hope you contact me. Thanks again for the great workout. Next time we are back in town we will definitely stop in again.
