WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
FOB classes are a mix of various heart rate intensity levels, backed by science, with the best of barre to get each person burning the maximum amount of calories and fat in an hour. FOB classes end with a full dancers stretch to increase flexibility and impact strength over time. FOB average calorie BURN: 500-700 per hour.
The best part about FOB isn't the sweat, as proud as we are of that. It's our inclusive culture and being accessible to every fitness level, from novice to advanced, because each exercise is thoughtfully curated with options for all.

I had already left a review for this studio, but I need to add one more because this place was so warm and friendly, and the evening class package was such a steal. It is hard to find a barre studio that offers hot barre and not leave a hole in your pocket, and have 1 hour sessions instead of 45 - 50 minutes, and challenge you in every single class. The best part is the instructors remember you and they are trying to create a friendly home like environment with you, which I am always a sucker for! I miss this place greatly now that I have moved, I wish they open one in north Austin and let me know, lmao.
Also special shout out to KRISTEN, I felt so supported going here and taking her classes, and loved chatting with her about my form after the class, and going out with other students and instructors for lunch!

Full Out Barre is the perfect place for you if you're looking for a fun and effective workout class. They offer a variety of styles to choose from, and they also have lovely lunch courses for those wanting to tone during the work day. The staff is beyond friendly, the music is excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. Full Out Barre is easily one of the best fitness places in Northwest Arkansas. Take advantage of the opportunity to get fit and have fun simultaneously!

I can’t say enough positive things about this place. After having my first baby, I quickly realized I needed to find a way to devote just a small amount of time 100% to myself a few times a week. I tried a few different membership fitness classes at a variety of locations, but nothing compared to Full Out Barre. The warmth and encouragement you get right when you walk through the door is unparalleled. And the classes are so, so enjoyable! I hadn’t worked out in forever, so I was nervous at first. But each workout has three different levels of difficulty, so it’s completely up to you on how you do the moves. The music is fun and loud, there’s cool lighting, and the trainers are incredible!

This is by far my favorite workout in NWA! Every instructor is kind, fun, and encouraging. The instructors highlight three variations for every exercise, so it works for everybody, regardless of your energy and fitness level.
FOB has classic, burn, and hot formats. They’re all a fantastic way to burn calories and target a variety of muscles. Most incorporate HIIT and cardio, so expect sweating more than in a typical barre class, but the hour flies by. Each class is truly a full body workout. Love the community here as well, which makes me want to come every day if I can!

I love Full Out Barre! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and constantly encourage you to listen to your body during the workout to make sure you’re getting the best thing for YOU. My favorite format is the burn class! I am so thankful for the community I have found here and the motivation and encouragement they all give me to continue to invest in my own health. 5:30 am has never been so fun 😜
