Clean, positive and friendly small hometown gym. 24 hours access with a $15 one x fee FOB. Cardio Machine Area. Weightlifting area. Tanning Beds. Saunas. Showers. Group Fitness classes with membership. Childcare is available Mon-Friday 8:00am-10:00am. & Mon, Tues, Thursday 4:30pm-6:30pm. (Must be paying for a family plan in order to use the babysitter during these times). Please feel free to call our front desk or send us a message on our website for any further questions. Best Gym in Town! Fantastic owners, the Best Manager and Staff.. super Friendly and helpful... love the environment of the gym. It's a super clean gym with nice equipment. Child care is a wonderful plus. Having access to saunas, showers and tanning beds is also a plus. Check out their classes and Personal Trainer!!💪💯

I started my gym membership 2 months ago. They have a great staff, the club is always clean. I love the 24-hour access. I usually go after 7:00 and there's hardly anybody there. I always have access to the weights and the treadmills. I would highly recommend it. Especially for a household plan. My three kids and I can go for $55 a month.

Best gym, great equipment, good environment, and amazing staff. I love that they offer childcare, tanning /sauna in with membership, and also how clean the facilities are. Super great spot if you’re looking for a 24 access gym in Greenwood!

When moving to GW 5 years ago, I joined GAC & CrossFit. Not only has my health improved drastically, I’ve met the best group of people! True encouragers. The staff is top notch. I love the classes they offer. They have showers and provide everything you need if you’re working out and need to get ready quickly to head somewhere. They have tanning. And child care - the child care workers are the best and I’m thankful I can Leave my kids there knowing they’re safe and I don’t have to stress during my workout.
the office staff has worked with me anytime i need to make a change to my account or with payment questions!

Called about a day pass and to ensure there was a working sauna. We were told the sauna works on phone and upon arrival. In short, the sauna never worked. Desk worker said it was on two occasions but after 40 mins of "on", one could set their hand on the grate with no discomfort. Clearly I was there for the sauna yet no attempt was even made to remedy this bad experience.... not new to this gym either, iworked there previously and was a member before that. Very disappointing.
