Had my daughters birthday there today. Immediately get hit with the rules which is understandable. The play area was nice and big and the kids had a blast in the foam pit and bouncy houses. The rules were straight forward but you know kids will be kids. The lady there, I assume was the owner, was patrolling the floors every 5 to 10 minutes sometimes calling out kids across the floor telling them not to do something. I get it to an extent, but when you’re walking around with the stink eye making all the guest uncomfortable, and they were, that’s not a good look. To put the icing on the cake, I was trying to be a good tenant and asked where she would like me to throw away the trash and clean up after ourselves. We had about 15 or 20 minutes left on our time slot. Well as everyone are saying our goodbyes, some still in the play area, she starts turning off the lights and putting up the chairs and tables. Basically we felt like we were being kicked out when we still had 10 to 15 minutes left on our time. We’ve used sunny day inflatables and this place now and I will say sunny day inflatables is the best by far.
