My kids and I just recently used our membership to use the pool. The pool itself was ok, it does have a strong chemical smell after sometime you get used to it. The bummer was the slides weren't open, the lazy river also wasn't open due to shortage of lifeguards. The pool overall seemed clean, the showers were clean as well. And the staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We will be back again!

Great place to get healthy, stay healthy and build muscle. Gym has all the equipment you could need to get in shape, free weights, machines, deadlift platform, multiple squat racks, smith machine, leg press, hack squat. Cardio/treadmill for days, bikes, stair mill, steam and dry sauna, locker rooms with showers and day lockers, lap pool, wading/walking pool.

Love this place except in the beginning signing up for a training program. I wasn't told I would be locked into an ongoing monthly payment situation for 3 months in a row. Have to make sure you cancel and also have to use Your Paid training days up within a certain amount of time or you lose what you already paid for. But the supervisor over that program left, so I don't know if communication is better now or not, I did enjoy the trainers I had though. since I'm no longer paying for a trainer. I love all of the things this gym has to offer, including many classes, access to a pool( both hot and cold sides) and the saunas( wet and dry) in the locker room. It really helps my muscles recuperate faster and not hurt so bad the next day.

Since my Doctor recommended that the warm water in the Lazy River part of the pool might help my legs and other ailments, I have been walking at a mile 3 days a week for a number of years. Ms Pat who works the desk in the early morning is always pleasant and sunny even on a cloudy day. The life guards are so accommodating and watchful. I have also met people who I now consider friends. It is a pleasure to go to Health Works.

This is a great fitness gym. Many different options are available here from trainers to classes to a wide variety of equipment. The pool is great for swimming laps or you could walk around the track in the water with the current or against it. This was my first time up stairs on the walking track. I suggest the addition of some special equipment. That would be several comfortable chairs to enable your more elderly (I am 78) or the less fit or disabled to rest between sets.

Currently, I am unable to do the Energizer Bunny go forever thing. I gotta sit down periodically. Hopefully less often over time as I shed the Covid fitness loss.

Took my grandson to swim and check out the place. 1st time visit is free! With out a membership or monthly rate is $10 a person for the day! Or you pick one of their rate packages!! Which is very fair prices!
We really enjoyed the swimming pool and their facility is very clean, staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful!!! The locker rooms, bathrooms and family changing rooms were very clean!
Myself and my grandbaby enjoyed the pool.
Anyhow I hope this helped and try it out! I feel you won't be disappointed! And there was so much more that I haven't tried yet, but believe me I will be joining their facility!!!

I would give less stars if possible, have had a membership at this gym for over three years. Despite its horrible hours that until just recently have barely improved, cold swimming pool, high membership fees and old machines. We have kept our membership for the facilities pool spa and gym. But when we try to take our son for his first swim for Easter egg photos I am told adults are not allowed, so I guess my baby would have to go alone. It’s rediculous I just really hope one of these other gyms puts in a pool. If you are not interested in swimming do not join this gym!!!

Mixed feelings about this place. It's a large gym, that includes a daycare (extra charge), indoor swimming pool which has a heated side, lazy river, 2 water slides (they are very strict about their 4 foot rule. My short 7 year old LOVES water slides and they turned him away. He was very upset), they provide multiple styles of life jackets in every size, as well as floaties. It's also VERY expensive.

A wonderful place to workout and have a nutritious snack. It is not open 24 hours so be sure to notice their hours. Always clean. Fully staffed with folks to answer questions or assist.
