I've been going to Hot Springs Health & Fitness Center for the last 30 days, and I've managed to lose about 10 lbs just by walking the upstairs indoor track, and using the various cardio and aerobic machines available on the upstairs level, along with some light strength-training to regain strength and endurance in my shoulders and legs, and my core.
And, so far, it's working. I have to slow myself down when doing my laps around the upstairs track now!

The Facility itself is quite spacious inside, plenty of room to move around with a very relaxed atmosphere for getting your exercise. There is an indoor court for pickleball and other racquet sports, there are two individual racquet ball courts also used for holding classes. An outdoor pool, and tennis courts.

I'm impressed by how clean the facility is when I come in each and every visit for my workout, the cleaning staff does an excellent job.
There are plenty of amenities to explore, such as a heated jacuzzi, sauna room and steam room, along with lockers, and clean restrooms.

What impresses me the most however, is how friendly and supportive the entire staff at HSHFC has been to me personally, and continues to be.

From Eric the manager who helped me with my membership, and is always helping new members like myself with using the fitness equipment and greets everyone when they arrive,

To the receptionists at the front counter,
Annabeth, Sara, and Lindsay who always smile and greet members as they scan in, and are there to provide clean towels if needed, locker checkouts and any other help a member may need.

And Katie is there to assist with setting up your email and using the custom Fitness Center App.

Michael, the equipment manager is there maintaining and testing the equipment and machines and is always very supportive as well.

I'm really grateful to everyone there, and I look forward to continuing improving my health and overall fitness.

The website states $20 for a single day pass, nothing more, nothing less. I get up and get prepared, drink my preworkout before coming in, only to be told you have to be accompanied by a member or buy a package of 10. I’m in town for 3 days, I don’t need 10 and I’m not trying to hassle someone to come in when I’m available to workout. Go to heavy metal gym about 5 minutes down the road and give your money to a gym that wants it.

I finally spoiled myself with a dermaplaning facial and hydro jelly mask add on with Bianca! The whole experience was amazing, Bianca not only explained the whole process as she went, she also educated me on how to take care of my skin between facials. Highly, highly recommend both treatments!

Hot Springs Health and Fitness is an excellent gym to be a apart of! The trainers and staff are amazing- they are supportive, knowledgeable and kind. The facilities are top notch and they have everything you could ask for in a gym. The child care is a huge bonus as well!
The gym has recently had some updates, including an indoor face lift, new equipment and added pickleball courts!

Wow!! This facility has everything, including massage therapist, hair salon, nails, reformer pilates, racquetball, boxing, and swimming. It's basically a one stop shop. Visiting Hot Springs with the family I had the chance to workout at this AWESOME Fitness Center! The staff were very friendly and took me around on my very own one on one tour felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door.

You could also tell the pride that the staff and ownership had taken within the facility. Equipment was very clean and well maintained which is always a huge plus.

This Fitness center is not only a gym but has many other accommodations such as smoothie bar, massive outdoor pools that look over town, indoor running track, group classes and more! I would highly recommend this to anyone new to Hot Springs or visiting for the first time!

I do not recommend this place! From the time I signed up it has been nothing but a mess! When I signed up I was not charged correctly, then the contract said the incorrect monthly amount, was told that I wouldn’t be charged again until Oct.28, my card was never activated when I signed up... then I went in to fix everything and was told they would hold payment until Oct.1 since I was given incorrect information when I signed up and I wake up today to my account negative because they charged me early and charged me the incorrect amount!!! Avoid the headache and go elsewhere.

The owners of this business steal your money. If you ever move or cancel your contract, watch your credit cards to see how many extra months they charge you! They even lie to credit card companies about it! We are an active duty military family who moved out of Arkansas in October and before we moved we tried to cancel our monthly membership both over the phone and in person. They charged us for the months of November and December and lied about our use of the facility when we were no longer in the state. The owners wouldn't answer our calls for months until we told them we were going to take them to small claims court, and then they lied some more about refunding our money. Shame on Grady and Susan Bean!

It's fairly nice but always in disrepair, have been a member for almost 2 years and they just can't seem to keep up with maintenance... the cable machines need greased, the saunas and hot tub are always out of service. And when they do maintenance expect males to enter unannounced into female locker room😲. Worst of all if you let them know there's a problem, trust me they won't take it seriously or get back with you on the matter. On the plus side The personal trainers are very nice, and there are enough free weights and classes to keep you busy and off the bad machinery
