I have been a member at Hotworx for over 3 years. I recently asked to cancel my membership, but they charged me two $99 fees to cancel my membership and my husband's. I checked the cancellation policy and the cancellation fee should only be charged during the initial 60 day period. I have been charged twice for cancellation and they are not following the correct policy. I will never advise anyone to join this studio as a result.

This place has been a gamechanger for me. Everytime I step foot in the door I am greeted warmly by Tiffany. She has inspired and encouraged me from the moment I joined. She answers all of my many questions with a smile and explains everything to me about the saunas, the app, my contract, etc! I’m so grateful for this facility and the people in it!

I am writing to formally share my recent experience at your Benton, Arkansas location regarding my membership cancellation. While I am relieved my membership was ultimately canceled, the process was unnecessarily frustrating and unprofessional.

I had been a member for less than a month and simply wished to cancel. Instead of honoring my request, I was pressured into providing repeated explanations for why I no longer wanted the membership. I was told the cancellation fee was $99, then offered $74, and finally $24 — despite the fact that I never received or signed a proper service agreement because the studio had entered the wrong email address for me.

When I asked to speak with someone higher up, I was told to email but could not be helped further in person. When I asked the staff member for her name so I could document who I had spoken with, she refused to provide it. That behavior is extremely unprofessional and concerning. Only after pressing did I discover her name was Tiffany, as it appeared on my cancellation paperwork.

While I did finally receive confirmation of my cancellation with no fee, the way I was treated as a customer was disrespectful. I should not have had to argue my way through the cancellation process, nor be spoken to in a dismissive and uncooperative manner.

I hope you take this feedback seriously, as customer service is often the difference between someone recommending HOTWORX or discouraging others from joining.

started here almost 2 months ago & i’ve never experienced a better gym community than this one. i love the 24 hours readily available studio because sometimes i work out early morning, afternoon, or late evening depending on work/life schedule. staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Love coming here. My wife got me into it this past winter, Jan 2025. I still love it. Challenging workouts. Always clean, I’ve used the shower once (could use some shelf’s or hooks - for towels and clean clothes). But that’s not a deal breaker, just would make it nice for a mid day workout and back to work.

HOTWORX in Benton is awesome! My husband and I recently moved here from Phoenix and I’m so glad I found this place. I’ve practiced Bikram yoga for the last 13 years and I wasn’t sure how or if this would work for me. Tiffany has been absolutely wonderful. The facility is overpacked. I checked and took screenshots for the next week there arent any openings in any of the saunas. Ppl do not clean the equipment and the staff doesn't either so you are using equipment that has been dripping in sweat in a hot humid environment that likely has 30-40 ppl use it on any given day. Please dont underestimate how germs love hot environments (think hot tub). Julia is rude. I will post pictures shortly.

I see that a lot of ppl have liked my review, but I bet you Hotworx Benton will not respond.

HOTWORX has been a game changer for all of our workout needs! The staff is incredible and always so helpful, the environment is like no other gym I’ve been to and the virtual training is great. We started in January and go every single day almost.

Definitely recommend this gym and Tiffany, Julia & Anca are the best hype squad around.

Hotworx in Benton is a gem! The 24/7 access was a game changer for me as a busy, working mom! I can schedule around all of our activities. Love the app to book my workouts and share with my friends who also work out here! Tiffany and Anca are great and keep things fun at the gym! There is such a great variety of isometric workouts and HIITs. Sometimes I come in for a quick 15 min workout or an hour if I have more time! Definitely try out a free session to check it out!

They’ll tell you at sign up about each fee for signing up including that you are on a 90 day probation period, and will tell you that after the 90 days “you can cancel anytime”. They fail to mention the fact that you’ll have to put in a 60 day notice for it to be “free” or pay $99 to cancel immediately. Either way you cancel you’ll have to pay DOUBLE if you ever want to rejoin. Apparently it’s in the papers they “go over” and just have you sign.

I’ve been going to HOTWORX for two months, and it’s been a game-changer. The infrared heat with high-intensity workouts has boosted my energy and stamina. Worth it. I was intimidated by the price at first but it's completely worth it. The hot workout has me sweating more than I could ever achieve on my own. You leave feeling so good. As soon as you hit the cold air it's such a relief and the workout is doable for anyone at any level. They have an app you can get to track your progress, book your session, open the door even. And if you log your calories through the app or with a fitbit, you can earn some of the money back you spent on your fees. Highly recommended.

Whew!... You need to try it, period. You can get in and out without having to exercise in a huge class...in fact most times I'm all by myself for my workout. You will feel these ISO moves the next day. Just try it. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
