Leaving this review from an alternative account as I still hold an active membership with Hotworx and prefer to remain anonymous to avoid any potential backlash. My intention is not to offend but to offer a genuine, balanced perspective for those considering joining.

I truly appreciate the concept behind Hotworx. The idea is innovative, and it’s easy to see why so many people are drawn to it. As someone who did a fair amount of research before signing up, I wish I had come across a review like this. It might have helped shape my decision more clearly.

While I’ve really enjoyed the workouts and the unique setup, the overall atmosphere has been a letdown. For me, community is an important part of any gym experience. When you’re committing your time and money, you hope to be surrounded by supportive, like minded individuals.

Unfortunately, my experience with the ownership has been disappointing. Both I and several friends who also attend have had negative encounters that left us feeling disheartened. It’s upsetting to feel that the people running the gym don’t embody the positivity and encouragement that fitness spaces should promote.

As a result, I’ve decided to cancel my membership and look for a gym that aligns more closely with the values I care about. Where the leadership actively fosters a welcoming and motivating environment.

This may not be a deal breaker for everyone, but it was for me. I sincerely hope your experience is better than mine. However if you’re someone who does value the same things, save your money and find a different gym.

I have been a member of HOTWORX for 9 months and really enjoy my membership. I wish i could get in more often but on the times I do get there it is great. I love the Sauna workout and really feel better each time I leave. I can tell you that Sophie has gone above and beyond what a HOTWORX employee should do and I really appreciate all the help she has offered me. She is great and makes me want to work out more with her encouragement. I will get there more and count on Sophie to help motivate me to workout

I joined HotWorx at the beginning of October with my girlfriend’s so we could be accountability partners! During the initial setup process Patrick was super helpful and explained everything so well which made me feel much more comfortable in joining! Unfortunately, due to health reasons I was forced to quit because I am unable to work out in this specific environment (which I didn’t know previously) and once again Patrick was a rock star and was so compassionate and apologetic as I unloaded my newly discovered health condition.

I definitely recommend HotWorx and my girlfriend’s are still going strong and loving the environment and are seeing real results!!

I’ve been a Hotworx member for a few years now and when the Fayetteville-College location open I was beyond stoked to have a location near my house.

The staff is very friendly and polite. When ever I have had a question the staff was very helpful.

The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming.

The studio is clean. The saunas are spacious (fits 3 people). The Hotworx app is easy to use and schedule a workout. Plus you have 24 hour access
