I loved this place and paid for a membership 2 different times. Their staffed hours are limited, and when I went to cancel this last time it was around the holidays. They were closed, but I went on January 2nd and the actual franchise owner was there. She talked me into doing the 60 day cancelation instead of the upfront cancelation. She honored the 60 days because of the holiday. March 1st, I get an other charge. I've been calling for a month with no resolve. Then tonight at 10:30PM, I start getting texts about how she canceled my husbands add on as a courtesy, but because it was the 2nd I had to pay again! Oh, and she has no record of me being there, BUT she canceled for me as a courtesy. How did she do that if there is no record of me coming to cancel? That doesn't make sense. This has been so mishandled. It took a month to get anywhere and then it's by text at 10:30PM. So unprofessional! I will dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunate!

I walked in prepared to pay the full cancelation fee for me and my husband and she talked me into the 60 days! I knew the procedure. I had done it before!

Also, please notice in this screenshot that the first message says I came in January 2nd to cancel. Then the second message says she has no record of me coming into the studio to cancel, so she did me a courtesy. What??? 🤣

When I first heard about hotworx, I was a bit intimidated! I mean, working out in a sauna? That didn’t sound like something I would enjoy. Well, I finally decided to give it a try. What’s the worst that could happen? I would either like it or not. Turns out there was a third option: LOVING IT.

Chelsie is an absolute sweetheart and took her time answering all of my questions and showing me around! Unlike other gyms, they don’t keep calling and asking you to join the gym. There’s no pressure here either! So of course, I joined immediately after my free class!

I first officially started going whenever my friend invited me to go with her and try it out… once I finally did 6 months ago, I really enjoyed it! So I got my own membership… it’s super clean, staff is very friendly, I’ve never had an issue about it being too occupied, I always get to schedule my workouts at my convenient time! And it’s so nice that it has 15-30min interval workouts that make you sweet like you’ve been at the gym for 5hrs! Definitely recommend it, also has a small room for lifting and other exercises at your own pace! I honestly wish they offered more rooms with more sauna exercised equipment, but just doing the hot blast and hot cycle, LOVE THEM!

Very disappointed in HOTWORX. I just recently moved 2 1/2 hours away and was told to cancel/transfer my membership that I had to sign a paper via in Fort Smith. Offered to email or fax the paper and still was getting the run around. So I drove 2 1/2 hours to cancel a membership. I also had to pay a $99 cancellation fee for a membership I just wanted to transfer to another location. Just very disappointed in how everything went about. Not once did anyone try to help with other options on how to cancel/transfer my membership.

Don’t let the idea of working out in a sauna scare you. It did me at first and after a few workouts I now find them amazing!!! Yes it gets hot, but you fight through it and sweat your stress away! Lol! Getting your body hot so fast allows you to burn more calories. They have cycles that are only 15 minute sessions and you burn the calories that you would in an hour at a regular gym. When I am done with my workout I feel so refreshed. They also say you burn calories for up to an hour after so if that is true, that is a plus!!! Come into today and they offer 1 free workout so you can try it before you commit!!

Where to start? This place is always sparklingly clean, literally never once have I seen it anything shy of perfect, and these girls work constantly to keep it that way. If you are in the Ft. Smith area and haven't tried this place out, you need to! The staff is so friendly and the workouts leave you literally feeling like a new person! Annndddd the best part.... you get a whole sauna room to yourself! Thank you guys for an awesome experience! I will definitely be back!!

I love how clean the environment is at HOTWORX. I joined hotworx in hopes to lower my blood pressure, and it did just that! I was running 176/75 and I am down to 130/47! HOTWORX has changed my life. I have also lost 30lbs since joining in March. Go give them a try if you are looking for health benefits as well as weight loss! 👍
