If I uploaded these text messages it would show you how unprofessional an employee can be . I was added as a guest on someone’s account and now one of the representatives are contacting me disclosing information of the sole responsible party which I feel like the guest should not be entitled to any information concerning payment history . The texting and going back and forth arguing with the guest and not the responsible party is insane . They lack professionalism , and knowledge on explaining guest passes and all . HOTWORX is one of my favorite places to be every day. As a former athlete needing a way to stay active and routinely exercise, HOTWORX provides everything I need! The facility is always organized and clean. All of the staff are super friendly and encouraging. The saunas have a private element to them, and you can choose individual or group sessions (3 people max), which I love! Julia & Sarah have been super helpful in setting up my membership and learning the ropes. Sarah even created a workout plan for me to follow. They genuinely care about your goals here and want to help you achieve them. Where else can you find a community like this?! I made the switch from another gym membership, and it’s so worth it!

Today I had a terrible experience at HOTWORX! The staff was rude & disrespectful. The staff member didn’t like what I said, she came from behind the counter hollering at me shouting telling me to get out of her store or she was going to call the cops, as if I threatened her in some way. It was obvious she was trying to embarrass me in-front of the other patrons. Without asking me any questions or inquiries of what happened iHOTWORX sent me a text saying my membership was canceled but I was no longer welcome. This is disappointing since I’ve been a continuous member since 2020 & had Nothing but supportive & Courteous service for years.

The response from HOTWORX is such a lie, & it’s amazing that they reached out to witnesses but again neglected to reach out to me. I’m no door mat and those who knows me personally would tell you that threatening others is out of character. I did tell her I’m not paying a cancellation fee when I’ve been trying to cancel/paying for months. I also told the employee she was rude to me on the phone & from the time came in which she said I had to in order to cancel my membership. My statement is what triggered her attack on me. I would not threaten anyone not even someone who jumped in my face. I realize I’m not the only person who had issues while trying to cancel. I’ve lost all respect for the organization that perfer to CYA then reach out to me as a customer/person. I can only get a response on google reviews 😞

I have tried multiple times to cancel my membership since October of 2024. They say it is a month to month renewal yet when you want to cancel they say you have to pay $99 up front and come in person to sign paperwork to cancel. I could not come in person due to having to move out of town in very short notice. So the “best thing she can do is freeze my account”. Fast forward to now. March 2025 I’m randomly getting a $192 charge out of my account after being inactive since October!! Again I call and explain I’ve tried to cancel this multiple times and CAN NOT physically travel to come in person to cancel. It’s very inconvenient to even have to do this in 2025! Again I’m told this is the only way and she can possibly request corporate cancel it. Ummm 🤔 so I have to keep paying for a gym membership I don’t even use or able to use?? Seems to me hotworx is another scammy gym such as planet fitness. Making it as difficult as possible to cancel with them so they can still draft money out of your account leaving you frustrated and with over draft fees. Terrible. Read the fine print when joining because apparently it states in there you can’t cancel your membership within a certain time frame even tho it’s month to month. and even then you still can’t cancel because you absolutely must be able to physically sign a piece of paper at the very same location you signed up for. All around a headache.

I am a new member and so far it’s been pretty good. The staff are pplots overall. I like that the gym and equipment are cleaned regularly. My favorite option is the 24 hours gym access.

They could use another Thunder Row machine, as only one person can be in there at a time. There’s clearly enough room for 2 machines. A couple equipment items in the saunas (Thunder Row + Cycle Rpm gages) need to be repaired or replaced. I’ve been told replacements parts are on the way. I thought it was good customer service that I was given access to another gym so I could use their row machine when my local gym’s machine was broken.

Overall, a good experience. If everything was operational, I would’ve given 5 stars.

As a working mom with school-age kids who has gym anxiety, I 100% recommend this studio! Going on 3 months here, and all the benefits mentioned are true! Obviously how much effort you put into it will affect results, but the availability of classes is unmatched plus 24/7 access is so convenient! I am a sweat everywhere member, originally from FW TX and just moved to Arkansas. Worked out recently at the Little Rock studio! VERY nice, well kept, saunas were clean & love the floor mats in the ISO saunas. Nice & soft (great added addition to the sauna when doing yoga and Pilates)! I thought I lost my prescription glasses & called the the studio. A team Member was super nice on the phone and very helpful. Think her name was Sara, but can’t remember Very kind. She Also messaged me back stating they did not find them in studio. I ended up finding them at home. Very Friendly staff!!!! Thank you for being so awesome HOTWORX!
