I can't believe what an incredible tae kwon-do program they have. We enrolled our wild 5 year old boys, and in a matter of weeks they had them saying, "yes ma'am" and following commands. The instructor's patience and and extensive knowledge make this the highest quality facility in Arkansas.

Went to this gym while out of town visiting family. Im big on body building, and they had phenomenal equipment, great equipment. Overall great vibe, great people. Highly recommend to anyone in the area wanting to lift!

Great gym and atmosphere, the machines are awesome especially the nautilus nitro oh press, legend fitness squat machine, and the strive preacher curl. Was only able to go here for a short stint but wish I could forever. Ron was very pleasant and was very helpful. Literal lifesaver in and out the gym.

I work out here three days a week or more. Have since 2018ish. I love it. Ron is awesome. The trainer on campus is cool and there’s so much equipment. I haven’t even touched it all in three years. Thanks for aiding in my health-MC aka GM
