Was visiting relatives over Thanksgiving and this gym was only 12 minutes away. What an amazing gym! Owners couldn’t have been nicer, top notch equipment with everything you could need for all kinds of resistance training. Exceedingly clean and organized. Even the other members were respectful and helpful. Highly recommended whether you’re local or traveling. I would 100% be a member if I was local.

I absolutely love this gym. I am very new to the gym and getting back into it. The owners and employees here are just genuinely so nice and want the best for you. As well as the people who workout here. I never get scared to ask for help or feel embarrassed and there is always someone who can help you and lead you in the right direction kindly. everyone is super friendly. I also love this gym because it offers not only free weight racks but also a variety of smith machines. It’s big enough to where you can workout without having to worry about being to close to people but a good size to where you can go and ask people to help or just get to know everyone!

Called to cancel my membership back in April. Was told to email them a written notice. Have sent several follow up emails, still being charged. Won’t answer the phone when I call. Been a member for almost half a year now, love this place, staff is always super friendly and helpful, often going out of there way to show you different exercises and always being willing to the take time to do so. 1 star for their billing department. I’m on a month to month plan. It is advertised as “no fees” on their website.

I was charged a late fee because my credit card expired. For 8 days. I didn’t use the gym for the 8 days my card was expired. I wasn’t even in the state. They could have simply deactivated access until it was resolved, but they opt to get the late fee revenue in the name of “convenience” to their customers.

Had already left a review but using multiple browsers just as I do multiple bank accounts as stated before I really wanted to use use this gym but was huge inconvenience to close my bank account and reroute deposits I used this gym my hold time Time to reroute my deposits on my own responsibility is greater than two hours I used this gym and saw abuse of people using the sauna which they claim is against their rules I sent pictures and had to clean up after the other people they sent no response email back so I seen no further reason to contact them regarding other matters

This gym is small, but the atmosphere makes up for it. If you are a beginner or just getting started on your fitness journey, come here. Open 24 hrs, plenty of equipment to get a full body workout, and everybody that goes to this gym so not judge you for getting started. There is also a mix of people during all hours. This is a great gym with some of the most friendly staff I’ve come across. Matt, who mainly works in the morning, is excellent and has a wealth of knowledge. I’ve also met some really friendly people at this gym. The atmosphere is great! This is an awesome gym! It’s not a huge gym but they have everything you need. Free weights, plenty of benches, 3 cable machines and a whole section dedicated to legs. I’m a member of several gyms around the area and finally tried Hwy 12. They have good equipment and it’s a positive place to go if you’re a newbie, gym lover, or motivated lifter. Whether you want cardio or weights it’s all there for you. Give it a try!
