Increased Heights is not an inclusive facility. They lack proper communication by subjecting their customers to text the owner. The owner fails to respond in a timely manner if at all. If your child has autism, do NOT send them to this gym as their staff is not trained to handle or train children with disabilities. If your child becomes easily excited due to their surroundings, do NOT send them to this gym as their staff will visibly become inpatient with your child and β€œburnout”. They chose to embarrass and disrespect a parent instead of being upfront about the fact that they do not have the capability to train a child with autism.

If you’re looking for a welcoming facility that will teach and demonstrate inclusiveness while your child has a meaningful, memorable, and respectful experience, this gym is not the place for you.

My son was very excited to attend friend's daughter birthday here. He has been taking tumble classes at school and was excited to run around the gym with all his friends. When we arrived, I signed a wavier allowing my son to attend the party at the gymnasium, agreeing that the gym was not responsible for injury, otherwise he wouldn't be admitted. As I went to the floor with my son, I was stopped by an employee and asked my sons age (he is 3) she quickly told me he wasn't allowed on the floor with out the HOST of the birthday party. The mom or dad of the birthday child. It was a lot of fun explaining to my child, why he wasn't allowed to go play with his friends. Seems like information that should have been disclosed prior to arrival at birthday party. I am sure my friend was really excited about this situation as well in addition to all the mom and dads who watched this all happen. I will be sure to share this experience with all my mom and dad friends.

It was a wonderful experience. We are the grandparents of Sylvia and Sophia, and are from out of state. Everyone at the facility were very helpful. One coach standing behind the glass at the pit area saw me trying to take pictures of the girls jumping in the pit. She was very nice and tried to help me get a good picture. Memories were made!

Terrible customer service from the owner of this establishment! I signed my son up for classes online and had already paid all the fees and the 1st month's tuition before we arrived. Nowhere on their website did it say anything about not accepting boys. The owner of this business actually didn't even want to come out to talk to me about the issue until after the 45 min-1hour long class what is over. Meanwhile, my son was very upset and did not understand why he could not be allowed to participate in the class that we had already signed him up for and paid for.
