I wish I could give a negative 10 review. My daughter broke her arm in the first day due to teacher neglect. I have it all on video because I was recording some of the sessions so she could work on it at home. When she broke her arm they were so negligible that the teacher didn’t help her up or even go check on her she started doing something else. I had to holler down and have a young teenage girl bring me my daughter . When we left they never even asked why or said goodbye. When I called them later that day to let them know not to charge my card because we wouldn’t be back because she broke her arm. They did not even attempt to ask if she was OK. They just wanted me to pay so it would hold her spot, since then it’s been a week and they have still not called or contacted us. Since then, I have spoken with several people that have had experience with that gym and they have suggested It’s all about money. I realize that and we only dealt with them for one day.

My daughter started here doing cheerleading over 4 years ago. In that time her personality bloomed as well as, her confidence and level of outgoingness. She has since switched to gymnastics. With it she has grown and continued to gain skills and determination. I continue to believe that regardless of the sport a child participates in it can be a vital growth tool towards their future. Now, I am not saying that she has not gotten frustrated several times and wanted to quit but, we pushed thru those moments and with them she has continued to breakthrough the doubts and blocks she once saw for herself. I would recommend any parent to allow their child to try and fail and push thru to see the hidden potential that they have. I appreciate each one of the staff members here that love what they do and love teaching these kids new skill and life lessons.

My daughter enjoyed a fun birthday party with friends at ICE and I enjoyed a stress free birthday party for my daughter! The staff was so helpful by taking care of everything. They put up the decorations, closely supervised and helped the children on equipment, passed out food/drink, helped give out presents and took pictures so I could enjoy watching the party! When it was over, they loaded my car with all the gifts, leftover food and then cleaned up so we could head home. I felt like I was forgetting to do something because they took care of everything! It was wonderful!

My daughter also takes tumbling and cheer classes at this gym. She has attended for one year, has learned so much and has so much fun. The coaches are supportive, positive and truly enjoy working with the children.

Had a birthday party there and they told us that we cant play and then eat because they didnt want grease or crumbs on there stuff and they packed up 40 minutes early because we were eating ice cream and they didnt want to get it on there floors, finally they told us we could but we had to be wiped down before getting back out there. Horrible service.

Do not take your child here. My daughter had no skills tests for months. I wrote a letter and submitted it to the office to get her out of the class and they asked to test her skills. After testing her, she was moved up, only to a class with instructors who constantly checked their phones and sat on the side lines not helping the children. When I approached the instructor as to why she was on her phone, ignoring the girls and not teaching any new skills, the owner was called. When the owner approached me, she accused me of yelling at her instructor and making her cry. I in no way yelled at this young girl just asked for someone to talk to and asked her why she was on her phone during the class. The owner shoved her finger in my face, was rude, hateful and told me she would give back all my money because she "Did not want it." I got my daughter from the class and on the way out of the building the owner told me and my 7-year-old daughter never to come back. I received refund receipts for all the months I paid through email, then was only refunded one month of my money. These instructors do not help these girls, they play on their phones during the classes and the owner promised refunds I never received. Please do not enroll your child at this facility.

Jennifer did so good with my daughter with teaching her things that she was having issues with understanding the right techniques, she let her know in a gentle manner! Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I am rating this due to my experience with kids that go here and I see on a therapy bases. The kids that have and are currently receiving OT/PT services have shown a huge improvement with agility, reflexes, stamina, repetitive movements, memory, following directions and attitude. I would recommend Independence Elite to anyone!

Very nice school with focused instructors. Clean and organized. Jennifer really worked with us get to get our toddler into the perfect class for her. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and caring staff. We switched from another gymnastics school in town and are thrilled to have found such a top notch facility. Definitely recommend trying out a free class if you’re not sure that your kid will like it. They let you try for free to be sure it’s a good fit and that your child enjoys the class before you sign up and pay!
