Best gym in little Rock by far has the best equipment any were i drive pass 4 gyms to go here the owner is a great guy easy to get ahold of and very helpful they also have great trainers. The members are very firendly and helpful

A member almost died because the owner failed to bolt down equipment. Member had to get staples/stitches in the head. Owner also harasses members that he doesn’t like/makes younger members feel uncomfortable, and refuses to fix equipment. The powerlifting equipment is also not good (power bars worn down, calibrated plates are not calibrated, deadlift platforms are squishy).

Came to visit the area for my graduation ceremony and wanted to find a nice spot to lift. This gym was great for exactly what I needed. Shout out to the owners for their choices in equipment. Really some great machines in here with a nice variety. Nice and clean gym overall. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Had a great experience. The app is an excellent touch. Being able to pay the daily pass online and get instant access was awesome. Don't know when I'll be back in the area, but if I do, I know where I'll be returning.

The lifting equipment here is good quality but this place turned out to be worse than some of the chain gyms around here. Always dirty and dusty, bathrooms covered in urine and look like they've never been cleaned. Equipment gets broken and stays broken for a while. Air conditioning doesn't work half the time. Music is WAY too loud--I should not be able to hear it clearly through noise canceling headphones. Membership here should not cost as much as it does for the quality of service that you get.

I’ve been a regular lifter for 10 years now and this is by far the best gym Saline County has ever seen. Powerlifting friendly (specialized bars, calibrated plates, power racks, deadlift platforms, monolift, etc.) and plenty of high quality machines. This is a gym you join if you care most about getting work done. Would recommend to anybody regardless of experience level.

Completely honest review here. I have a gym pass to a handful of gyms in the area. Iron has Rogue lifting equipment which is the best of the best. The clientele is more into their workouts than socializing. No creepers so far. Great gym for someone who wants to keep their head down and work. I haven’t met the owner but have heard good things. The down sides and reason for the 3 ⭐️ review are cleanliness. It is pretty dirty. Like maybe the dirtiest gym I’ve had a membership to (tons of cobwebs, grime, dust and the bathrooms are really really filthy). I’ve heard there’s a new Iron that opened in Conway so maybe the grime is temporary? Also not much cardio equipment although they do have every cardio machine I can think of. Two regular treadmills, two steppers etc. It feels more like a CrossFit gym or garage gym. I do like it even though it’s not the cleanest. Mornings aren’t crowded at all compared to 10 fitness. I’ve heard there is a large teen clientele in the evenings.

Best gym in Arkansas in my opinion, I’ve been a body builder/power lifter for 28 years and there is no other gym any where around here that can compare. Closest thing to the Texas gyms that I have been used to back in my younger years. Very clean, great atmosphere and a great owner, highly recommended by me.
