Charged me 3 Times for my membership (owner states our system never double charges anyone)… Well it did happen not sure what to tell you. You can’t say your system never does when you messaged me and acknowledged it saying “I can see the 3 separate transactions”

Amazing gym with amazing staff and amazing community and good music. People here are more than nice and the gym is steadily getting new machines and new improvements consistently. It’s a very clean gym as well despite some of the older reviews -I’ve been here since August of 2024. Only pretty busy around 6-8 but still able to get a full workout in no problem without waiting around. Has many great quality machines and some calibrated plates as well, and a sauna. It also has many great posing/lighting spots. Very recommended for experienced lifters and also new lifters.

I’m a real person 😁 I got the 54$ a month membership and you guys are still charging me 150-300$ a month. I have screenshots on my bank statements. Check your cameras. I tried talking to somebody earlier today around 11, which is when somebody was suppose to be at the front, and absolutely no one was around. Be better

Unfortunately it won’t let me give a lower rating. There’s barley anybody at the front for you if you need assistance and they’re charging me almost 300$ a month and won’t let me cancel my membership. Don’t waste your time and save your money going to a cheaper, nicer, cleaner gym!!

Great location & open 24/7. Plenty of machines and a dumbbell rack to suit anyone’s needs; 3 squat racks as well. Also, they have a pendulum squat machine which is always worth the price of admission.

I would not waste the time to even look at this gym. Gym is dirty. Bathrooms stink. Paper, soap and towels are never restocked. I doubt the showers are ever disinfected and there is only 2 and people always leave their old soaps and shampoos. I never see the staff do any kind of cleaning or restocking, I have only ever seen them spend time on their phones and can never answer any questions so they don't even seem trained. I have actually had to ask for the vending machine to be restocked, which is located right in front of the office desk. This gym looks promising at a glance but after a while you start to notice why it’s cheaper than other gyms. There is only a couple new machines the rest were bought off a lot and require a lot of maintenance. Half the treadmills don't work. After spending 11 months at this gym I cannot wait to upgrade for a clean and well suited gym. Other gyms in the NWA area are about $10 dollars more for a months membership. Absolute trash gym. Not spam.

From the other reviews, this place used to be better, but that has definitely changed.

One if the issues I've had is I don't know what the employees are doing here, but they're not cleaning or checking the facilities. Anytime I come in, the person behind the counter is playing on their phone the entire time. All but one visit there were empty water bottles and energy drink cans scattered on the ground and occasionally food wrappers mixed in.
The bathrooms also need attention, one stall was clogged and there was water in the floor today.
The music is controlled by Bluetooth and when I asked the man behind the counter if he could change it since it was repeating the same 6 terrible songs, he told me "he doesn't have the ability to control the music." How can you have a business where some customers have access to the music being played but the employee doesn't? One night, the playlist was 50 cent for 2 hours. Same songs on repeat.

In my opinion, for the price you pay to go here and J street, I expect the gym to be clean and taken care of better. Ideally, the weights and machines get some TLC and maybe the employees should have a checklist. At this point Planet Fitness is a better deal.

Not Spam! Zero stars! Would never go here! Run away fast! They ripped me off for $1200. Promised training and meal plan, membership etc. And never followed through.

Edit: You took my $ 1200 as a promotion/ challenge you guys were doing, and it never happened! Then you ghosted me. I have a reciept and a trail of emails and texts if you'd like me to make it public?

I think just an offer to work out there when you FINALLY opened, would have worked. Now I have to escalate this to get my money back. Bad business.

I love this gym! The environment is awesome, they’re always playing good music, and the employees are super helpful/nice! Plus the manager is an amazing dude! Totally recommend it to anyone that’s into lifting, or looking for a place with a safe/encouraging environment.

It's got all the equipment you need (clean equipment too!). The staff is always welcoming and informative. The upstairs area has plenty of cardio equipment and there's a separate room upstairs for core workouts, which is nice! Plenty of mirrors up front in the dumbbell area and several squat racks in the back. The turf area is a nice red color and is well kept. Locker rooms are always clean and in working order, too. The atmosphere is so nice and people respect each other's space when working out. Best gym I've been a part of since I started working out 10ish years ago.
