Martha is an excellent teacher and always careful to teach to a students ability & limitations. I’ve never taken a class here that I didn’t feel better when I left than I did when I arrived.

Excellent instructions about precise alignment to prevent injury. Modifications and props used extensively in order to assure each student can do the poses in the proper way. Teacher understanding and accepting of "where your body is today" and encourages honoring our bodies for how they are. In addition, the two classes I attend weekly have just the right amount of humor to make the class fun without getting distracted from the work of the session.

the classes are fine, but they don't honor their own refund policy for pre-purchased class bundles that expire two months after purchasing. if you contact them before they expire, they claim to refund the money, equivalent to the amount of the unused classes. i hurt my shoulder (not doing yoga), so i wasn't able to continue. i contacted the studio in allotted amount of time, but i never got my refund, though martha kept saying she was going to mail it - she never did.
the last promise was november 2017.

I love this place. Check out their community yoga night on Mondays at 6 pm! It's pay what you can and all donations go to charity. Just went back last night after many years of not practicing. The instructor, LeeAnn was understanding and helpful. Modifications were always provided for when my body didn't quite want to follow my mind. I will be back next week!

Travelling through Little rock I was looking for a good challenging class.
Martha did not disappoint.
She is engaging helpful and an excellent teacher.
The studio is equipped with all props you need.
The class is educational all helpful for those seeking all deepening experience.
