Jeremy is the best trainer in NWA. He's down to earth, knows his stuff, pushes you, but also knows what it's like to struggle. I recommend him to anyone that will listen and take out of state visitors to see him every chance I get.

I’ve been training with Jeremy for almost 10 years so that alone tells you he’s wonderful! He listens, tailors workouts for my specific needs, always encourages and has created a fun friendly gym environment. Jeremy always believes in me and that helps me believe in myself. I never thought at 62 years old I would be deadlifting 185 lbs but here I am doing just that! He helps with nutrition and explains the whys of what I’m doing. I’m stronger now than I’ve ever been and that’s all thanks to Jeremy! He is truly the best!

I’ve been working with Jeremy since 2018, and he has completely changed my life. I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember, and when I turned 40, I weighed 286 pounds. I’ve been training with Jeremy for a couple of years now, and it’s hands-down the best fitness program I’ve ever done. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and customizes workouts to my goals and limitations—all at a reasonable cost. I have sciatica and chronic back pain, and Jeremy has helped me strengthen and move in ways that minimize pain and actually improve how my body feels.

He’s patient, encouraging, and knows how to push me just the right amount. Thanks to his programming, I was able to do my first pull-up after about nine months of focused work! Jeremy is an excellent trainer and extremely knowledgeable on exercise and nutrition. I’ve worked with him for almost 3 years and I’m down over 65lbs. He knows when to challenge you and when you just aren’t feeling it, he gives the right support and encouragement. There’s no put downs or negative talk. I've been training with Jeremy since January and it is hands down the best training I have received. Jeremy implements a personal program that caters to your needs and lifestyle. In my case it was strength and conditioning for jiu jitsu, but I feel the best I have felt in years and it's due to the regimen he specifically designed for me. It's an added bonus he holds a black belt in BJJ/Judo, but his knowledge and expertise in fitness and training is beyond anything I've received from other trainers and gyms. Highly recommended.
