There is no other gym like Jolly Bodies. It is truly the happiest place to workout. You are greeted by name at the door, it’s clean, smells amazing and dole whip after your workout. There are not enough words to describe it, you just have to experience it. The science and the efficiency of the workouts has made working out consistently a little easier. I love that I can get in and out in 30 mins. Not to mention everyBODY is welcome at Jolly Bodies.

Loved my first experience here! I took 2 classes, one in each studio. They were very fun and high intensity but adapted for all levels and people like me dropping in.
I loved the vibe and decor, the projections give it a really fun ambiance, special mention for the framed Dolly Parton in the ladies lounge!
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who literally opened the door and greeted each client coming through, that was a very personal touch to round out an already stellar experience.
I’d love to see their concept multiply, keep rockin Jolly Bodies!

I recently participated in a Control class. Control is one of many formats Jolly Bodies offers. It was fabulous! It was a small class. It was dark but with special lighting. The sound was loud but specifically choreographed to flow with the strength work and cardio drill. I was covered in sweat but felt empowered. I felt this workout down to my soul.

Jolly Bodies is second to none. I began working out with JB in their virtual platform in March 2020. I have been so impressed with their capability to pivot in many directions while continuing to grow their business. I get easily bored or distracted with my workouts, but with the many formats JB offers that is not the case. From Clocked to Strong to Control, there is a class/format for everyone. Their workouts are challenging, yet adaptable. Lee Ann and Burke are so encouraging, positive, and inclusive of anyone and everyone. I also love knowing that there is such a strong educational background behind their programming. You won't find a better workout experience. I wish I could give them more than five stars because Lee Ann and Burke deserve it. I can't say enough wonderful things.

Lee Ann and Burke are such a gift to Little Rock and really, the greater fitness community. They have a passion for fitness that is not driven by how exercise makes you look, but by how it makes you feel and what it allows you to do outside of the gym. Jolly Bodies has created an awesome mix of workouts that are possible for any fitness level both in the gym and at home. What makes them so unique is that they are both scientifically sound and FUN! I am so grateful for their energy and creativity and will be a follower as long as they are leading :)

8/14/22 Update- Still sweating with the Jollys! My review absolutely above holds true! LeeAnn and Burke continue to push the envelope with fitness programming, community building, and creativity! They are fantastic people with a passion for both physical and mental health. You sweat with them, but you will also learn, laugh, and grow!

The Jolly Bodies formats are designed to appeal to everyone. It’s not a one size fits all approach so you will definitely find a workout class designed to fit your particular needs. They coach with care and thoughtfulness to your growth. As a doctor, Lee Ann designs workouts that will keep you moving forward. Also, the classes are just FUN and great experiences. I wish I could give 10 stars! If you are looking for an inclusive and effective place to workout, definitely give them a try!

Jolly Bodies is the only thing that has kept me sane working and teaching my child from home! The 30-45 minutes is the only time I have for myself and they definitely rock it! Love the wide range of workouts and they are never the same. Plus, Lee Ann is hilarious! Someone you would want to go grab a glass of wine with! Keep up the great work you guys!

My oh my, where does one begin with these two? Lee Ann and Burke are truly two of the greatest people I’ve ever met. Take fitness completely out of the picture and you have two people who demonstrate how to love yourself and live a full life with so much happiness. They truly are such a wonderful example to live by. They’ve taught me TONS about fitness, but I didn’t know that getting into the fitness journey with them they would teach me about life as well. I am a better person because of them. Now as far as fitness goes, that’s a golden story. I NEVER lifted before I met these two, and in two shorts years I can look in the mirror now and see definition in myself I never thought I would have. They gave my confidence and told me to believe in myself and stick with the program and I would see results. Boy if that isn’t the dang truth. I am fit. I am happy. I cheat all the time. I ate a piece of cake today, and guess what? That’s fine! That is something they’ve taught me to be okay with. It isn’t about being 100% all the time it’s just about being consistent and never giving up fitness completely. I recommend them to ANYONE at any fitness level. They are incredible people.

Jolly Bodies offers an unparalleled fitness experience. I find it so difficult to remain motivated as a working mom (especially this year!) and since starting their program in March, I truly look forward to my workout time each day. Their workouts are challenging but simultaneously very adaptable for every fitness level. They are backed up by PhD physiology knowledge from LeeAnn, which makes the workouts extremely efficient and expertly curated. When you complete one, you know your time was well spent. A tremendous combination of teach, workout variety, motivation, and mental health. First, the instruction is specific and functional. The detail provided by both LeAnn & Burke allow for the beginner to establish a base, or the advanced to be challenged. Second, the passion for fitness and people is exhibited throughout the workouts. This passion, in combination with great music tempos, generates an energy that inspires and develops performance mentality. Third, the digital library provides a surplus of workouts types; strength, HIIT, Kick Boxing, Mobility, Minis, etc. for all fitness goals and interests. Need diversity? Short on time? In all, Jolly Bodies is a fitness community that embraces individualized physical and mental development. The JB Digital Studios has been a sanity saver for me! Exercise is my sweat therapy, & I'm so thankful I discovered these guys during the Covid-19 shutdown of my brick & mortar gym. I've now cancelled that membership & rely solely on my JB classes. My teenager also loves doing the workouts with me. They're convenient, super fun & fresh vs. doing the same routine for weeks at a time.

I LOVE everything about JB! Been working out with these guys for a few years and I continue to be amazed at their workouts! Always fresh and new. Great balance between cardio and strength moves. Lee Ann does a great job at educating us on what muscles we are working with each move. They push you to work hard but also to give yourself grace, which I love! They're so great about showing lower impact alternatives to each move as well. I cannot say enough good things about Jolly Bodies and I highly recommend them!!

It is so hard to find an instructor/program who has the wealth of knowledge that they have, plus the originality. The classes they have created cater to every style workout you could think of. Jolly Bodies is truly incredible. They keep you motivated during class, but they keep you motivated to come back again and again and become stronger and better. I have never enjoyed exercising at home, mostly because I can't motivate myself to work nearly as hard as attending a class in a gym. Jolly Body online classes (offered FREE OF CHARGE during this pandemic because they are just truly giving and caring people) have been perfect. 30-40 min long. It is just long enough to get a great workout but not so long that you lose interest and motivation. This team has helped so many people. You need to go ahead and join the bandwagon!!

I absolutely love LeeAnn and Burke. The workouts are the best I have ever done! I have been using the online Move with LeeAnn program since I live in Kentucky for over a year now. I have had great results! When I travel to Arkansas I always top my trip off with an in person workout with the Jolly’s. Their enthusiasm, the music, the people, and the workout are over the top.

I have enjoyed every encounter I have ever had with Burke and Lee Ann. They are the happiest, most motivating people I have ever been in contact with. The positivity that comes from these people is contagious. That being said, the workouts are amazing. I always feel energized after my workout (even when the work was extra hard or my least favorite muscle group). I am a regular to quickshots because my children would prefer I attend in the morning before school. They have it all set up and ready to go so I can get in, work, and get the day started. I have also enjoyed HIIT workouts and beatbox. Both of them are definitely worth a try. You will never want to skip a gym day again!

I started taking Quickshots after joining LRAC in August. I was a little intimidated at first but it has quickly become my obsession. Each class is a rush and you accomplish whatever you you put in to it. The coaches are friendly, help you with correct form, and push you when you need it! Almost every move has a modification that is clearly explained if you have weak knees etc. Everyone in class is at a different physical level- beginners to season pro's! I have seen so much growth personally in my endurance and in my mental well-being from attending classes and cant wait to see where I am a year from now.

Such a great total body workout! I was initially intimidated by the idea of the class and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. Once it started, that unease quickly went away. Ok, I am not a fitness person. I have never enjoyed working out - not until meeting Lee Ann & Burke Jolly. Their fitness approach isn't just for the body and I leave their workouts and coaching sessions feeling ready to take on life mentally and spiritually as well.
