A real gym. I’ve only been once, but the energy was high, and people were actually training, and the owners were very kind and informative. It’s definitely a trainer style gym and luckily for Prairie Grove. They got such a great place to vent and get healthier.

Mike and Emily are the most welcoming and helpful people you will meet. The gym is always clean, has a wide variety of machines and free weights, and honestly, they just offer so much. They're insanely creative people and you can tell how passionate they are when it comes to helping others maintain a healthy lifestyle. Did the 1 week free trial, I signed up for a membership before it was even over. The equipment is very well maintained and still has that new feel to it. It’s open 24/7 and the showers/restrooms are always clean. Owners are very welcoming and offer supplements on site with trainers and nutrition plans. Can’t ask for more honestly.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mike for running me through a great training set the last three months. After 3 years of training I wanted to change it up a bit, get more comfortable with barbell work, and try something different for some growth. In just three months I was able to add about:
1” to my chest,
1” to my thighs,
1” to my arms,
2” to my hips/ass (gotta fight my frog ass physique lol),
1.5” drop on my waist.

Considering the fact that big jumps in gains get harder and harder as your training progresses, I’m more than pleased with the training.

Now to take the summer to continue the program, increase the cardio, and dial in the diet a bit tighter to continue the growth!

If any of you are thinking about getting a trainer (Mike or any of the others) I highly recommend it!

We love Legendary! It is always super clean and everyone is so nice. The owners are very helpful and responsive and my personal trainer Cody is the best! This gym is very nice and clean! The staff is very kind and is willing to help you with anything that you need! The gym has all the equipment necessary for any type of workout you would need to do! They have a decent amount of cardio equipment! They are 24 hours! Anytime is a perfect time to go to the gym because it’s not 100% crowded all the time.

The best gym I've ever been to including LA Fitness in Florida!! The owners are the nicest people who really do want to help!! There growing more and more with state of the art equipment and wonderful trainers to help you with any goal or just getting comfortable with equipment you may or may not be familiar with. Nutrition is 70% of it and they got it going on for sure.

This is the best gym within 20 miles of Prairie Grove. Its privately/family-owned that includes all the amenities of a large public gym. They offer dietary programs and personal training for all groups and ages. The spousal owners are very accommodating and knowledgeable of different prgrams to meet your personal goals.

Been with Legendary Fitness since they opened. I've put off writing this review because I've been a slacker making it into the gym :). Mike & Emily truly are good people, and they run a great gym! It's always very clean, great atmosphere, and plenty of equipment for any of your needs. The gym is conveniently located in PG & has 24 hour access via the app. Go check them out & you'll be happy you did! There is a 1-week free trial that you can sign up for. It's a very simple process, they are easy to reach, and are always happy to help however they can. My 14 year old daughter is also a member, any time we've worked out she has felt very comfortable being there. Thank you!

Super clean and well lit! Great assortment of new/well kept equipment.. 3 power racks, numerous flat/military benches, adjustable benches and dumbells up to 125#. Plate loaded belt squat (my fave!), and a wide variety of plate-loaded & adjustable machines. Plenty of plates to go around, even when several members are gling heavy!

Also, a nice selection of conditioning/plyometric goodies! Cardio includes rowers, bikes, treads, stairclimber, and ellipticals. Two very nice restrooms with showers, also super clean! Owners, Emily & Mike, are incredibly friendly and welcoming! What a great facility in Prairie Grove! 😃🙌

Emily and Mike offer a warm welcoming gym that serves almost every need to have a healthy workout. From CrossFit to Strength Training, there is plenty of equipment to complete a workout of your choosing. Not to mention their cleanliness, 24 hour access, culture, accessible showers, and pantry of supplements. I was only in town for a week, coming from Chicago, and was impressed in their ingenuity. Recommended and will be back!

I love this place. There's no one around bench warming the equipment and working out their fingers on their cellphones for 10 to 20 mins like other gyms. I can get in do my workout and get out. Staff and gym owners are friendly.

A really excellent community gym. It's not a cheesy gym franchise, it's just a great little gym full of down to earth Prairie Grove folks. You'll never have to compete with groups of kids crowding equipment. The couple that owns the place guard well the positive vibes and keep the place immaculate. This is the most amazing place to work out you could ever ask for. It’s like being a part of a great family. I have never wanted to go to a gym before now because of the judgement I have heard. But here is so different. You don’t feel judged at all. I love working out in this amazing gym!! The equipment is top notch!! People are very friendly. If they see you need help with something they are quick to help you out. I’m also thankful our Apostle talked us in to trying it out. You couldn’t ask for a better place to go get in shape at!! This is the gym I’ve been going to consistently for the last 3 months. Yes, 3 months! I can see a definite improvement in my monthly photos, which encourages me to make the effort. TAKE the photos! I can't say enough about the gym, owners, and the facility. Brand new equipment! Everything is clean, well kept, and maintained. Bathrooms are always emasculate and have personal showers in them if you need to get ready for work post workout.

The owners are very personable and want their patrons to have the best experience possible while on the road to achieve their fitness goals. Members are friendly, and clean up after themselves. The gym is open 24/7 with access only being granted via key card access (on your phone).

I have been to multiple gyms and wish more were like this one!

Told we could check the gym out, then Got ran off for testing the gym equipment out with my son, I am a local business owner as well and live in the area. Noone was present working but a trainer that was rude and told us we couldnt use any equipment and asked us to leave. We had liked the atmosphere of the gym and were excited to sign up.
