Been working out with Chauncey for about 2 years now. I do kickboxing and so does my daughter, he offers classes for kids as well. I love it, I get a great workout in, learning self defense, building confidence and hopefully in the near future have my first match! Mr. Foxworth is a great coach and personal trainer, he’s helped me achieve goals that I never thought were attainable. I’ve worked with him for almost 3 years and my cardio and strength have come miles.

He’s great with coming up with alternative methods since I am a disabled veteran. He’s proven to me that he’s here to help through my conditions.

I’ve recently introduced my daughter into his kids class, where she has learned several techniques and most importantly her self discipline, and confidence has increased dramatically. She loves going and hates missing his class.
