Manduu is a boutique fitness studio concept, and the first FDA-cleared electrical muscle stimulation training program in the U.S., where clients complete a 15-minute, trainer-guided workout while connected to a whole-body EMS suit. One session at Manduu produces results that take six to eight hours to achieve in a regular gym.

I have to admit I was skeptical about how this was going to work and could you possibly get a good work out in a 15 minute period of time. I have put my skepticism to rest . It is a great workout! Because I am new I am constantly asking other customers how long they have been coming . One customer owns a health and fitness facility and has been doing Manduu consistently for over 2 years. That spoke volumes to me. I highly recommend giving this a try. Another added bonus- you are in and out within 30 minutes .

I love Manduu!!! I love that it's 45 minutes. I love that I'm just enough sore to know that I did something, but not so sore that I can't move. I love the team that works there! Great as a compliment to any other workout or as a stand alone! I'm only doing Manduu right now and it's working!

Iβve been working out my entire life and Mandu has completely transformed my body!! My core is stronger, my arms, chest, legs and stomach have been entirely enhanced!! The expert trainers take a personal approach to each individual based on where you are in your path to improving your overall health!! 15 minutes which in my opinion is equivalent to 6 hours at a gym!! I highly recommend trying Mandu and sticking with it, it will change your life!!

I'm obsessed. Dillon (not sure if this is the correct spelling) did my initial plan and orientation and Jennifer did my first full workout. She didn't play. I was sore in places I forgot I had. She was a wonderful coach and did everything right. I wasn't overstressed and it's low impact but it certainly works because I can feel the burn afterwards for sure. I'm only going once a week now but would love to increase it over time. Just go for the free visit. You'll be hooked!

This place is awesome. Morgan and Jennifer have been my trainers and they are very professional. Each workout is 15 minutes but itβs equivalent to hours in the gym. Definitely a must for getting toned in just a 15 minute workouts. It is extremely clean and always one on one training.

I absolutely love this place. The workouts are challenging yet efficient. The trainers are professional and fun. I have seen excellent results in muscle gain and fat loss. I have also experienced increased mobility in a shoulder that has had limited capabilities since surgery on it in 2020. I highly recommend Manduu of Little Rock.
