the changing/shower facilities are a joke, it is very small, showers are by the urinals, and dirty. There is a curtain covering the inside of the door to prevent customers from looking in when the door is opened.

Never too crowded and has all the equipment you could need. Has a lot of accessory bars that other gyms around here don't have... like an SSB and hex bar.

I received a call today from a collection agency in North Carolina.
I haven't been to the gym in a couple of years, but continued to pay monthly through an automatic credit card capture. When my card number changed a couple of months ago and I forgot to update these guys, they allowed a balance to accrue without calling me or sending a letter. So imagine my surprise when I get a call from someone threatening to take me to court. I thought it was a telephone scam. Called the gym and found out what had happened. I spoke with a guy that said he personally tried to call me last week (I have had the same phone number for 56 years), NO Missed calls or voice mails! I drove to the gym and spoke with this guy, explaining the situation and letting him know that I pay my bills. Explained that I had been paying the gym for years without using the equipment and that I would have continued to do so for many more years. It was like talking to a wall. Not even an apology!!!

Really like this gym. Has all the equipment a serious lifter needs. Also has a good selection of functional strength equipment that I haven't seen at any other gym. I don't like crowds when lifting, so I appreciate this small gym where I can go during non peak hours. I just wish they had a heavy bag.

Pros: The staff is very friendly, it's 24/7, they have a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and machines. Complimentary towels and toiletries. Security cameras and a panic button. 35% discount for military and first responders which is about $20/month.

Cons: It's a little too small for my taste, makes it where it's a little too intimate. I like a more spacious weight room. I could see where it would get really crowded, really fast. The machines (weight & cardio) look a little outdated. They don't appear to have as many features as some of the bigger gym machines have. Appear as though they're from the 80s ,90s time range. I'm sure they do the job, but they're definitely nothing fancy. Bathroom is crazy small: 1 stall, 1 urinal, 2 showers, 1 sink. That's it for the men's room. Gym isn't always staffed.

In all, it's a gym. Decently priced for military and first responders but if you're just an average Joe, I'd maybe look for a better, up to date gym.
