All the teachers are very excellent at explaining poses. The relaxed and judgement free atmosphere. The healing and peaceful energy when you walk into the building. I love the essential oils smell. Each teacher is different but equally knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. They each motivate me.

Kelly lead a great class. She is very informative of the moves if you are a beginner . She paid attention to everyone and noticed if certain moves were not working for a specific individual , so she gave options to do it a different way . Her voice is very calming and the energy is very peaceful . The studio is very clean

Much more than just a yoga studio. I felt so very welcomed my first visit, I could sense that the teachers and students there were a community of likeminded souls that vibrate on a higher frequency, they respect each other and everyoneβs different ways of learning. Iβm so very grateful to have discovered such a place, where I can remind myself that Iβm worthy, unique and loved. I feel so grounded when the classes are over. Lisa Fuller taught a gentle, soothing class on a Saturday morning, which invited us to go further, if possible, but didn't insist on it. I left the Studio feeling great!!! And I appreciate PWYC -- it really helps me.
6/01/24 -- Lisa Fuller read us a super-cute Children's Book about Everyday Yoga, then she led us in Gentle Yoga mimicking the general sequence of a regular day. It was very clever and efficacious. The Music Soundtracks were appropriate for Gentle Yoga. The last reading was about Breath and how Breath serves us, but does not judge us. It was a beautiful Session, and I am very glad I participated.

The chill class is the perfect reset for when life gets crazy. Laurie is so kind and gentle and has a very calming presence. I especially love the poems or readings that are done during savasana. MSY is a beautiful space with glowing hearts leading your yoga practice. β€οΈ I am so grateful I get to practice here with these amazing people.

Mindful state yoga in Searcy is a fabulous place. It offers serenity, peace and tranquility. It offers wonderfully qualified instructors with best practices. They are compassionate, tenderhearted and trained yoga, instructors and mindfulness instructors. Highly recommended. I have gained a lot of self-confidence, physical strength, mental, and emotional strength Through their instructors.

MSY is a beacon of light in Searcy. A beautiful space with beautiful people! They offer a wide range of classes, with traditional yoga, meditation, and hybrid yoga with core building exercises. This is a great place for beginners to learn the correct way to do the foundational poses without straining yourself or going too fast.
My favorite class is Empower with Theresa. Theresa is an exceptional instructor. The poses that she chooses flow perfectly, with each one building on the next. She leaves time and space for students to create variations. This is how yoga should be! Artful and beautiful. Her warm kind nature is motivating and supportive in the best way.
I'm so sad that I won't be here to practice with her regularly. I'm going back home this Sunday, but now I have another reason to visit Searcy more often.

Theresa McLeod is attentive to your needs whether or not you are the only student or one of many! The class flows really well, from gentle movements to the more strenuous! My psyche truly felt calm and nourished following class!
