I’ve been listening to Zack Johanssen’s Muscles and Veggies podcast for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best health and fitness resources out there. Zack combines his deep knowledge of exercise, diet, and overall wellness with real-life, actionable advice that I can easily apply to my own life. I really appreciate how he balances topics from resistance training and muscle recovery to diet tips, supplements, and even breath work—all in a way that makes them approachable and enjoyable to learn about. Implementing just a few of Zack’s suggestions on diet and timing for eating and fasting has made a tremendous difference for me. I’ve seen a noticeable reduction in inflammation, along with incredible improvements in both pain management and sleep quality.

Zack’s personal experience as a trainer and health coach shines through in every episode. His passion is contagious, and it’s clear that he truly cares about helping people live healthier, stronger lives. Zach is incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging, especially for those not familiar with the gym. He not only tackles physical fitness, but well rounded holistic health including nutrition, sleep, and healthy routines. I would definitely recommend his services.

Edit: It has now been over a year since working with Zach, and he was an integral part in laying the foundation for a lifetime of wellness. I was able to take what he taught me about balance and consistency and learned to love fitness. If you want to stay fit long term, definitely work with him! He also has a podcast on Spotify I will continue to listen to!

Do you have a hard time sticking to your fitness and health goals? I do! Up and down and all around 🙃 muscles and veggies weekly podcast coaching helps me stay motivated and excited! So easy to listen for 20 minutes. Well researched easy to understand info for anyone wanting to improve healthy habits.

Zach is very knowledgeable, and caters every meal plan to the specific person, as he is very thorough in his research before and during the consultation. I have always had trouble losing weight, even when I would cut calories and exercise more. I would have never thought to try the type of meal plan suggested to me on my own.
