I’ve been having some back pain from Mountain Biking and sure enough after my first session, I noticed an immediate improvement on and off the bike. The studio is very serene and immaculately setup for your success. Audra’s instruction is highly encouraging and upbeat which is nice for newcomers. It’s one of, if not, the most affordable around as well. Give it a go!!!

Angela is a phenomenal instructor! I really enjoyed her Om Empower Class. She is really powerful and encouraging. She challenges you to use your own strength and encourages you to let your mind and body work together as one. I loved every second of it and will be trying out other classes of hers.
