Whitest planet fitness in general have a problem with hot water showers. It seems to be a problem Coast to coast although less in New England where I live. I'll just never understand it how the hot water supply can be so under-supplied or so slow when a shower is an essential part of a workout. It's an endemic problem through the whole system and it must be what is spected out for these franchises. Time to make a change

Nice size gym with plenty of equipment. Kept clean. Staff was friendly. Con-1 changing room that was supposed to have 1 stool. Not 24 hours. Property owner or mgmt company will have vehicles towed (to North Little Rock about 20 miles away).

i was there last week with my truck . i got there around 9 pm . there was no lights in the parking lot . there was dark all over.i didnt see the sign tractor trailers are not allowed in parking lot. my tractor trailer was towed by tow truck within 20 minutes. i had to pay 750 dollars to release my truck. i went there for planet fitness nothing else. someone must take responsibility for this . you should have some sort of sign in your planet fitness so everybody is aware of this soon as they enter in the planet fitness . such a bad experience. planet fitness must be responsible for my tow because there was no light at night

It’s not good when you plan your day around getting up in the morning and getting your workout in and you go there and nobody has bothered to show up and unlock the building. About a dozen of us were sitting in the parking lot just waiting. We waited an hour past opening time. I finally gave up and left. They need better responsible help there.

I used to love this gym but over the past year it has severely gone down the tubes. There are dust bunnies in every corner, equipment is always missing and/or broken. The bathrooms are disgusting (when they actually work) because management hires people that do not care. Rules are never enforced (I.e wiping down equipment after use, no bags on the floor, no loud music) Do yourself a favor and go to a real gym. This “gym” has turned into an absolute joke.

This is the worst planet fitness i have ever been to and ultimately the one that caused me to cancel a several year membership with them.
First off I'd like to express the complete lack of opened hours. This place is NEVER OPEN. I have pulled up here fully carbed up and a system full of pre workout just to see closed doors a countless number of times and the last time I did, it upset me so bad knowing that everyone else i know got to workout that day, i did my own workout directly in the parking lot. The hours are insane. Who the hell in their right mind would close their gym at 8pm on a freaking Saturday night? That's a major no no.

The staff make it worse. I can't seem to figure out why they are there because they just don't do much. Their sole job is to pretty much change the spray bottles, paper towels, and mop the bathroom once a day. The entire rest of the day, you will sign in and see both workers propped up against the far wall on their phones. I get it. It gets repetitive and boring. I know how it goes. However, the crappiness of the staff will really shine once you go to the counter any time around 30 minutes before closing. They just straight up do not acknowledge you. The second you open your mouth, you will be met with a "well we close soon, come back later". This is absolutely absurd. Not only plain lazy, but pathetic. These are supposed to be mentors, people to look up to, people to count on. Instead, I would leave this place everyday wandering who in their right mind would hire some of these people and questioning why I feel I can do their job so much better.

Coming here for the several months I did, I noticed that not all planet fitnesses are created equal, but they are all similar, and something i am VERY proud to say i am not a part of anymore. I switched to the local ***24 HOUR*** gym. Which wasn't hard considering this is pretty much the only gym in conway this is NOT 24 hours. Gosh that's so pathetic. After switching, my quality of gym time has immensely improved. The small things seperate other gyms miles apart from this one. Examples: at the new gym i go to, the have FREE mouthwash to make sure you don't go around with bad breathe, you don't have to ask a crappy worker for the scale, they have plenty that are NOT stowed away behind the desk, they give a cup of coffee on them as a thank you, they even have hair and body soap in the locker rooms...I can go on for a long time. It's all these small things that seperate a good gym from a mediocre one.

In conclusion, this place blows. I am giving it 2 stars for one ONE reason and that's because at the end of the day, it's about the workout and the mind to muscle connection you get and God willing if you can ever get here when the doors are actually open, you can definitely get one here with the machines they have. They have decent machines, plenty of cables, and even double up on very select few machines that are popular. (Chest press, leg press, lat pull down, etc) This is the 1 and ONLY thing that this place has going for them. This place has SO much potential but just flat out sucks and ultimately, I will never be back.

Worst place ever staff is the rudest I’ve ever seen in my entire life. The equipment is dirty. It is the nastiest planet fitness I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to several of them. You can look at my past. I’ll go to a bunch of them. I’ll travel a lot. I’m thinking about canceling my membership. This little girl name. Tatiana was very rude to me at the Conway Arkansas Planet Fitness today which is Friday. I went in there to To tan and she got very rude with me would not stop talking to me after I had asked her several times to stop. She was sitting there eating her chips there with the phone at this young boy who is trying to help me and he apologized for her behavior and so I asked him some questions after you told the lady on the phone to please hold and then she started interrupting us. I asked her please stop talking to me. He’s trying to help us. She got an attitude started being loud and I told her that I was going to report her if something wasn’t done I was going to cancel my membership. I’d really appreciate someone calling me back because this is really rude and I do not feel comfortable going back in that place with her the way she is acting.

Truckers beware. The owner of the strip mall where this planet fitness is located will have you towed if you park there overnight. Doesn’t matter that you’re behind the building, out-of-the-way and not blocking any parking, they will tow your truck. NO TRUCK PARKING. (the gym was nice though.)

Really enjoyed this gym and all the perks of the black card. Until I got pregnant in August of 2022 and struggled with Hyperemesis Gravidarum and was hospitalized and unable to work. I already have medical issues so at this point it was miserable. This went on for a couple months of being in and out the hospital and just couldn’t catch a break. A month before having my baby i visited Planet Fitness Conway location to talk to management and explain my situation and see if we could figure something out for the balance i owed. The manager i talked to at the time wasn’t understanding at all. She pushed off everything I had been going through and was really neglectful of the situation. She told me that if I was in and out the hospital I should have found the time to make a trip to the location to cancel my membership AS IF I didn’t have bigger things going on. She told me there was nothing she could do for me and she was just going to continue charging my card every month and racking up a bill. Told me this with zero expression in her face and zero care. I had medical documentation and i still got treated as if what i was going through was just nothing.

Now my baby is 1 year old and Planet Fitness has been charging my card every month and racking up a bill of 1.5 years worth. I do really miss this gym and it really is a shame. But come to find out that Planet Fitness does NOT care about you or your wellness. When you find yourself in a difficult spot financially AND medically they will be the ones kicking you in the a**.

The variety of equipment and cleanliness are great, wish I could say the same about the staff. Most of the late night crew are awesome but there's been countless times I've come in and not been greeted or even acknowledged because the staff are busy having a conversation or playing on their phones behind the counter. It's not a big deal to check myself in but having them look up from their phones or even offer to assist me would be nice.

I do not recommend becoming a member here. They refuse to cancel subscription. I have ask many times. They still take money off of your card they have on file. Management very rude. took $322 and i haven’t even been in a year. You can’t cancel unless you pay a fee to cancel. They claim my account is still active when it’s not. I enjoyed this location. The only weird thing, which seems to be similar in every NWAR location, is that they only have one changing room. It seems like the showers are not utilized too much, because of this. I did get to see a naked old man because of this, so that is always fun. Lol. The 2nd thing, which is a major problem is that there were no lockers on the gym floor.
Most locations in the US have a changing room for each shower, and the good ones have self locking lockers in the floor. The great ones have USB chargers in the lockers. These would be decently easy upgrades.

Absolutely awful management here. My husband called up there today to try handling a situation because someone made an account in his name with his banking account etc. We have handled all the issues with the bank side but need this membership cancelled. Staff was VERY rude and hateful telling my husband someone had to put the bank info in weather it was him or his wife. (Which it was neither of us) he said why would I pay for something I've never used or made. The managers response was well that's like saying your not going to pay for a Netflix subscription that you got. She was very hateful and belittling. Something needs to be done because obviously my husband isn't the first person they have been rude to.

Staff was not friendly in trying to work out my billing issue. Said I missed a payment 3 months ago even though they’ve billed me every month since then, including yesterday. When I asked to cancel she refused to cancel my account. Which means they would continue to bill me for club access I can’t even use. Gotten worse and not better over the past eight years. The staff us FANTASTIC, don't get me wrong, and none of the issues have anything to do with them. They've replaced a lot of their life fitness equipment with cheap matrix machines, as well as gotten rid of their 12-minute ab circuit and a couple of leg machines I enjoyed using.

The music sucks, it's over-crowded and now I have to find a new gym

This is the worst place to go working out they take 10 day to take out your money from your bank and when you give them a 7 day notice of cancellation they said they’ll still take out your money out of the bank! Moved away, no location where I relocated to. Call to Cancel. Was told i had to come into my local gym in person to cancel or mail a posted letter request with a listed reason for cancelation. Pray it arrives and pray they cancel before the next month. If not then you send another next month and then we play this game of did ya hear me thru the post office. I signed up for the gym in the app payed in the app. But now I gotta use snail mail to Cancel. Do better PF. That's subpar customer service. No hot water for a month. Expressed the issue to staff, which they were aware of, but a “work order” taking over a month to get consistent hot water is odd. I am a newbie when it comes to working out and the thought of going to the gym used to intimidate me. I decided to sign-up for PF via their app and I go very regularly. The PF employees have always been welcoming and very helpful with any questions I have had. The atmosphere at this location is relaxed and I am no longer afraid to go to a gym to get my workout on! I recommend this gym to all my friends and anyone who is looking for a gym that has plenty of amenities and does not cost an arm and leg each month!
