Horrible customer service, when you cancel they tell you that you didn’t cancel in time and that they are allowed to take that money anyway even though you no longer authorize them to do so. When you call to ask why they decided to take almost double from your account you get the run around from some guy manager that is very rude about it when you have told him they were not authorized to take any money from your accounts anymore and he keeps repeating himself saying it was your fault for not canceling in time. Planet fitness get your stuff together, if a customer tells you that you are no longer authorized to take money from your accounts guess what that means your are not authorized anymore and are to delete all payment information not keep it and try to charge anyway. Do not recommend planet fitness to anyone if you want to keep your money safe. They will steal it when you try to cancel.

Worst planet fitness I've been to. Rarly greeted at the entrance, walk arounds are infrequent and leave many cleaning stations empty. Equipment is sometimes so unclean it appears wrapped in plastic.

Visiting for a week from Hawaii and am really impressed with this location. The layout is nice with plenty of space so you don’t feel cramped, the staff is friendly, and the gym is spotless. Each time I came in someone was mopping or cleaning equipment. Looking forward to my next visit!

The equipment fails at times and you are to blame somehow because you don’t have time to wait/waste on it being fixed. I went to tan on 2 occasions. The bed would not start after applying tanning lotion and hitting the start button, hollering to staff and standing there several minutes, hitting the power button again and again. I had to get dressed and leave. I had appointments to get to out of town this last time. I complained asking for my money back on the stick on eyewear for the stand up bed since 1. They didn’t give me a string with the reusable pair I bought and 2. They fall off if I can’t get into the lay down bed. I was told they were “only like 0.55 cents.” Well, I wouldn’t have bought the new bottle of tanning lotion either that day so now I wasted money on all that and membership for a year!

I went to join & get the black card membership so Ican go to orher locations as I travel in my motorhome. Was hoping for someone there to help me get started, been many years since I went to a gym. Their trainer only comes on Wednesdays & the young guy that showed me around didn't seem to know a lot or wanted to talk about his preferences in his own training- but then I admit I didn't ask a lot of questions. So I'm partly to blame- kid was nice, just not super encouraging to try the machines. They don't have any classes at that location. The manager was really nice, gave some good info but she was busy trying to deal with wifi outage due to recent storms.
So we shall see. I will try another location soon & maybe have a better experience.

Iv been going to this gym for over a year now, and ever since iv started they have had an issue with the water fountain to the point steam is coming out of my bottle and every time this issue happens they provided a complimentary water (as they should) and after today they said I would have to pay for my water because there machine isn’t working or just wait 30 minutes to see if it works again, also iv been receiving an attitude from the manager recently for no reason really thinking about joining a real gym

So, I used my Black Card membership to use a PF in a town in Idaho that shall remain nameless. The PF was a 13 minute walk from my son’s house. That gym was filthy! I never saw staff going around cleaning.

I moved out of state 4 months ago. In October I sent a letter to cancel my membership, as directed by the website since I am 1400 miles away. November I was charged again so I sent another letter to cancel my membership. In December I was charged again so I emailed the company and NEVER heard back. In January I was charged again but thought ok I need to give them some time. well, here we are in February and I am once again being charged $25 for a gym membership 1400 miles away that I have tried to cancel 3 times. I. had to pay my bank to stop allowing withdrawals from PF. I called there today and asked to speak to someone about my membership and was handed off to someone who said "she only cleans the machines." I liked the gym honestly.. but this situation has made me feel differently.

Harrison was a short-lived home location as family duty takes me on to HOUSTON. I'll be getting into PF in my new location. While handling the cancellation details, I was treated like a celebrity by Alec and Rachelle. Their exuberance for service to the members was truly a sight to behold. And speaking of sights to behold, January's physique is one all of us can aspire to developing. Great job, all of you sweethearts! I wholeheartedly recommend this location.
