I’m a truck driver so parking is first concern and this location wasn’t a worry. Parking in the back where trucks belong but I also pulled in and parked out of the way in front and there weren’t any signs and they weren’t up tight about it. Showers were hot, water fountain was cold, equipment was all up to par, and it was a good atmosphere all around. Good location and hopefully I’ll be back. Thank you

One of the worst staffed gyms I’ve gone to; Has opened later than the listed 5AM time on multiple occasions. On Monday, I waited until 6AM along with multiple people and it still wasn’t opened by then. Staff often emits a smell of marijuana, so much so that the entrance is sometimes left with that smell.

Paper towels are regularly empty even when it’s not busy and there are multiple people at the front to take care of that. This is only the Mon-Fri morning staff. Haven’t had any issues on weekends.

Early morning gym goer here. The guy that typically opens this gym at 5am is consistently late. Multiple mornings he will show up 3-5 mins after 5. This morning it’s 5:25 and he still hasn’t shown. There are people showing up and leaving. It sucks when you wake up at 430, get ready, drive in, get in a pre workout and get to the gym to find out the opening staff doesn’t even show up. Management needs to find a new employee for opening shifts. This guy isn’t cutting it!

I've been a member for a couple of years and have never seen anything that would make me change my membership. The employees greet members with a smile and a friendly greeting. The gym and the bathroom are always clean. The employees are usually busy keeping things clean and do a good job of it.

I really like the gym, it's conveniently located, the parking is great, and it's always very clean. My biggest complaint is that the morning crew is consistently late opening the facility, every morning they seem to arrive later and later. They stroll in 10-15 mins after the gym is supposed to be opened each day and it gets old. Some people are on a tight schedule and it's beyond inconvenient and unprofessional.

The location is perfect, there is a massive amount of parking, the club is impeccably clean and maintained regularly. I would recommendcomplete this club as your Home gym after some employee maintenance is completed.

There’s never a good time to go here.(Early morning? Wrong! It’s busy)(Late night maybe? Wrong! Guess again it’s busy!) Unless you have all the free time and can go before lunch or right after you’ll never get to utilize the equipment you actually need. They have an over abundance of cardio equipment and not enough smith machines or free weight equipment. Or maybe the location is simply way too small for the population density that goes here. The staff is ok and so is the cleanliness of the place. If you are just starting out then maybe I’d say yea but if you have been going to the gym for longer than a few months or more it becomes an absolute annoyance to never get equipment. 100% would recommend finding another facility to utilize.

Rude, really, because I was just trying to use their bathroom And apparently you have to be a member to just use the bathroom which is absurd. I'm traveling and needed to use the restroom and a very well-known rough neighborhood. So I was looking for the safest place to use the restroom and was denied services. Sad really where's hospitality.. If and when i'm a gym membership, I will not be considering this business just because they don't offer ever facilities to people needing to use the restroom petty

Update: Only change seems to be fewer beautiful women. Total sausage party at times. But that's ok. Are you there to work out or pick up chicks? Let's face it. We want to do both but the latter's never gonna happen. At least not to you. Me on the other hand... ;)

EDIT: Minus two stars. Went to work out today, Dec 22 at 8:40 pm and the gym was closed despite all signage indicating it should be open. This combined with other reductions in operating hours subtracts those two stars from my original review.

This is a decent spot if you need a day pass and a workout if you're out of town. However, if you're like me and prefer certain equipment this may not be your "forever gym".

This location didn't have flat, incline, or decline benches. So you're forced to the smith machine or dumbells. Again, not the worst if you're in a pinch and need a day pass. It's also important to note this place doesn't have 24 hour capabilities. Which is another big factor for me not signing up.

Outside of that, the one day process was simple and the staff was helpful. The facility was also very clean. Hope this helps.

So when everything is working it's great. If something breaks this is just the way it's going to be for weeks or months. Examples: a smoke detector was bad so all the air conditioners were off for over a month. Well that has been fixed but if you sign up today you can enjoy all the tvs having no signal for weeks now(week 2 as of me writing this).

This is the 11th or so PF I've visited. It's a good one. Everything is like new and clean regarding the bathrooms, workout areas and machines. It's hardly ever crowded and has plenty of cardio equipment. The free weights and stretching/functional areas are a tad cramped and lacking in free space.

PF staff are always incredibly friendly, and helpful! They’re always attentive to the cleanliness of the gym. In fact, I always see at least one staff member cleaning while I’m at the gym (and I go at different times of the day). The staff is intentional in learning “regulars” preferences, and will quickly check me into my preferred tanning bed (with correct time) without me having to request it! I have been incredibly impressed with the PF in NLR. I have visited other locations that have not been as clean or as inviting. It makes for a wonderful experience. 11/10!

I'm here pretty much every weekday, for 1 to 2 hours each day. I'm prior military, and though that was 24 years ago I think that I'm in the best shape physically of my adult life now. The staff is great, the place is always super clean, and anyone who wants to complain about it not being a "real gym" probably doesn't belong there in the first place. The Black Card amenities are nice, with the HydroMassage beds and massage chair, and tanning if you're into that. I have no complaints.
