Such a Beautiful place. Grateful for me and daughter Coco to have a trainer Alexis Parker she is our SHERO! And, knows what we need to get us healthy, and fit. The staff are very friendly easy to talk to and eager to help each client once entered into the building. I am so glad Planet Fitness has upgraded to great customer service. So, much better than before. To the District Managers please value your staff. They are worth your time, bonuses and what ever else they are entitled too.

Note: This is the first 1 star review I have ever given on Google and I had great experiences with Planet Fitness in DC and MD.

In January, I paid my membership in full but decided to cancel after I got hurt in the gym after hitting an exposed screw on a machine. After a staff member said he would put a sign on the machine and didn't, I decided to switch gyms. I still have a scar on my leg from the accident.

Per the contract, I should have received a refund for the unused portion of the year. However, the national office has not responded to emails, and their phone recordings directs customers back to the local branch. The local branch's Manager has stated they cannot process the refund. And, unfortunately, my bank will not investigate the charge due to the date of the transaction.

This is a caution to anyone considering paying for a membership in full.

I must say if you want to know how to exercise or be trained......ask for k.p. he's totally dedicated and determined to make sure that every person that walks in and out that gym are accompanied and receive a hello by name and a goodbye and makes sure everyone is good and got what's needed to be comfortable and keeps the place cleaned up and gets other employees in line and 2 steps ahead ready for everyone with answers when asked, entertaining and fun

Ive always had the Black Card membership here to have access to the tanning beds etc. Several times I've gotten there an hour before they were supposed to close and was told I could not tan bc they had already shut it down. If the hours are different from the regular club hours I feel like that should be specified. I've canceled m y membership several times because of this and will be doing it again. Strike 3!

Dirtiest PF I have ever been to. Not the best location the franchise has to offer but there is no other option, its pretty much the only gym in town. Half of the hand sanitizer and towel machines are broken. 😷💪

That being said by some miracle the actual equipment and black card options work so at least they have that going. 🏋

Great workout gym for starters and experts looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Has loads of equipment to enhance your workout and even has trainers on sight as well. Plenty of good parking and staff was very delighted to help me if I had a question

Clean, plenty of equipment. Locker room has showers. The staff are friendly. Fellow travellers are all friendly. It's a good gym.

2 reasons for not giving a fifth star:

1) It doesn't have free weights, which I'd prefer over Smith machines.

2) Some - not all nor even most - members forget they're in a shared, public space and leave paper towels on the floor, toilet paper on the locker room floor, empty shampoo bottles, etc. in the showers, things like that. Then again, the staff clean regularly. I just wish the members who do that stuff would remember that it's not their house and it's no one else's responsibility to pick up after them.

The Planet Fitness, in Pine Bluff is out of cleaning towels, so if you’re concerned about your health bring your own cleaning supplies. With all the germs in that place why did they let this happen?

Nice gym during the tour. Staff seemed nice. They don't accept CC. Never seen or heard of this before. You can't even pay yearly for a black membership. They want your banking information directly to checking account. That is very strange! I did want to join; but that just struck me the wrong way.

I recently had my wallet fall out my pocket while on a ab machine in there this past Thursday. I didn't realize it until the next night and backtracked to realize it might've fell out in gym. I call and they say they have it. I was very thankful until the next day when I opened my wallet to see 60 dollars taken out and the 4 dollars and five dollar bill left in. I was literally the last person to leave that night and only the staff one female in particular had my wallet. When I went to inquire of my missing money I was told lies as if a fellow member Had picked up my money. Knowing full well only ones had my wallet was the staff. So theirs sticky fingers employed there and they lie for whoever stole my money. Very disappointing but obviously I have to take that loss. But I won't be loosing my wallet again lesson definitely learned.

Look at your tanning bed before you lay down. Someone may have left body fluids behind. When I complained to staff they looked at me like I was bothering them. Really nasty when staff doesn't check on beds. Hoping some one cleans it after they use it.

I have not visited this facility in over 2 years but when I was a member there were extra charges for everything, no personal trainers, no one to really help with the machines and all in all you might as well be training at home....that is why I am no longer a member and unless someone can show me things have changed will not join again

There are many reasons for this negative review. Planet Fitness in Pine Bluff Arkansas needs corporate to step in and thoroughly review their customer service as well as their tactics when it comes to their contracts

The manager stated that member should thoroughly read their contracts before joining Planet Fitness.

I suggest you seek a second option when it comes to finding a membership base gym to join. I truly suggest you look outside the Planet Fitness brand.

Please note hundreds of consumer complaints concerning overbilling, fraudulent transactions, excessive fees, and uncancellable memberships are common complaints.

The complaints allege a pattern of misconduct including 1) customers sending multiple cancellation letters that are ignored, 2) cancellation attempts in person that are ignored 3) billing being resumed post-cancelation 4) spurious fees, and 5) Planet Fitness preventing customers from canceling because they owe a back balance, among many other complaints.

Please be warned about their agreements. I asked that you thoroughly look into it before you join Planet Fitness in Pine Bluff Arkansas

Excellent place to stay in good health, with kind people all there to better themselves. It's an ideal setting for your goal to improve your health. Excellent personnel that goes above and beyond to enhance your experience. If you require assistance achieving your goals, they even have a personal trainer. The management there performs a great job, and everything in the physical aspects is to your advantage. They only have one maintenance worker for the entire state of Arkansas, so it can take some time to get something corrected, is the one and only problem I would have. Highly recommended, and if you sign up for a Blackcard membership, you can even bring a workout buddy for free.

I am actually updating my review. I noticed only FOX news was allowed to be shown at the facility. I addressed my concern with the Corporate office a month ago. I returned today nothing was changed. The staff is very friendly and always have nice things to say when I come in. The fitness trainer Alexis is incredible. I'm 61 years old, had 3 knee surgeries and a smudge (😊) over weight. I've been coming to the Pine Bluff location since July and Alexis has me doing squats without pain. I'm getting more toned and feel better about myself. I had a bad response from your assistance, female at the planet fitness on Olive Street in Pine Bluff AR. I was given a hard time to get service, as a matter of fact I didn't get any. I couldn't get any service as a guess.I came with my niece and I didn't get to go on the floor because of poor service. The young man that was serving me told me to fill out a paper and I did, when he tried to get me in in something came up about me so I didn't get in. I was a member here once before. I closed my membership because I moved to another state and the location wouldn't have planet fitness. Now you mean to tell me that I can't go here?

The cleanliness isn't up to pare. The machines and bathrooms aren't cleaned as they should be. The employees sit in on their phones when customers walk in, sometimes they speak and greet us and sometimes they don't. It seems as if the employees need to be trained again on cleaning the facility and hospitality with greeting the customers.

The staff here are very helpful and customer service oriented. They equipment is clean and are all in working condition. If you have access to the message area for black card holders use it!! The water pressured message chair is great for sore muscles. Only thing to add is if they are mopping or have wet floor signs BE CAUTIOUS!! The floors are crazy slippery in the entryway and there aren't any mats down. My husband slipped pretty badly but the staff was very attentive in making sure he wasn't injured. We're greatfull for our gym, and it's staff. It's hard to find a gym you feel comfortable in, this place is diverse and you can workout in peace.
