Previously, I had always had great visits to this location and provided feedback reflecting my experience.

Recently, however, my wife and I were both working out. Our daughter and 2 granddaughters (ages 2-1/2 years and 3 months) were meeting us for lunch after our workout and were waiting in their car. The 2 and a half year old had to urgently go to the bathroom. Mom got both children out of their car seats and entered the gym to use the restroom.

Staff refused to allow her to use the facilities, stating it was against policy. My daughter pointed to both my wife and I and explained we were members and working out right there. The staff member still refused and told her to go to the gas station, and summilarily dismissed her. My granddaughter could not hold it and had to defecate on the grass. My daughter cleaned it up and disposed of it.

I did not immediately post as I wanted to make the management aware of the situation and an opportunity to respond.

Upon meeting with the manager, Trinity, I found it was her who my refused to allow my granddaughter access to the restroom. While she apologized that My granddaughter had to poop like a dog on the grass, she doubled down that policy prevented access to persons under 13 years old.

This demonstrates a lack of thinking outside the box and critical thinking necessary for good management. Furthermore, it is definitely not in line with the stated mission of being a friendly staff member, let alone a leader. The lack of humanity and understanding was glaring. Out of courtesy, staff should have minimally let us know that our daughter was refused entry and may need help.

It's a nice, clean gym, including the men's locker room. Equipment is new. Staff is friendly and helpful. I rate this location as a 4 or 4.5 instead of 5 only for the size. I've been to much larger P.F.s and they can get pretty crowded during busy times. I'm new to town and haven't experienced this, yet, but I also try to go during non-peak times.

The thing needed at the Rogers Arkansas location is more curl machines because guys get on there and camp out for a very long time and you can't have your turn on them.
There are only two curl machines in the Rogers Arkansas location
The curl machine in the main part of the facility is awkward and not as user-friendly as the curl machine in the 30-minute workout room

It's a pretty decent gym but you definitely don't want to stray very far from whatever you're using because someone will just hop on it even if you've got all your stuff there. That's not really the gyms fault but it is all part of the gym experience so you've got to factor that in.

Since I signed up last week, I've not been able to use the massage chairs due to remodel, then today no tanning because the doors were painted ... Why not have the paint fry on the 3 days the club isnt 24 hours? I feel like it's been a waste of my money for the first week. Especially since no one let me know it's not 24/7 like it was when I was a member in another town. Had I been informed of the remodel canceling over half the benefits for the week, and the lack of true 24/7 hours, If have gone else where.

Planet Fitness is a great place to get a workout in. I gave 4 stars because they went away from the 24/7 that they started with. So makes it hard to workout on Saturdays when they open at 7 and I have to be at work by 8:30!!!!

So me and my friend were doing a machine, and we were going slowly the machine, made some noise. My best guess is the screws, and the manager comes over to us and tells my friend which keep in mind WAS going slowly not fast. That “the machine is made for old people and your going fast so please go slower or get off the machine” the 2nd manager is better, so go to planet fitness at 5:00 pm because the 1st manager is rude and she was literally eyeing us down like we were her teenagers. And she doesn’t want us to use the machines, if a machine is designed for old people put.a.sign on the machine!

Good for a treadmill , dumbbells, and cable machines. Not really setup for bench press and squats but you can make do. Not really good for a strength building lower body. Mostly good for maintaining strength and you can improve your cardio. Don't expect any serious HIIT workouts. But for $15 and no commitment, it's worth a try.

Update.....after a year, the whole lower body thing I wrote, scratch that. You can get a great lower body workout and build that butt.
Only complaint I have is sometimes the fans or ac is set too cool in winter. You go in to get your sweat on, and you get cooled off so fast I get a headache, but that only been going on since the new year. I'm down from 205 to 160 and this place has helped me keep it off. Remember......you can't out work a bad diet. Good luck and just keep showing up, it will pay off.

And the staff, is awesome.

It has been 3 months since their A/C has gone out. I have emailed and spoken to employees including the manager-who has said they don’t know when it will be fixed. There is no point in paying money to a gym and not be able to enjoy it. It has been so hot this summer and for the fans to be the only thing blowing in here is just ridiculous.

I have already emailed you and have not received a reply to the matter. You only sent me survey to fill out and that had been all.

Here we are in March 2023 and the A/C is still not working. It’s so hot in here and it’s not even full of people. This is ridiculous. When will this get fixed?!!

I really enjoy going to the planet fitness in Siloam Spring. I go as many day as I can right after work. I like to watch the local news #5 cbs and it never works it is so frustrating. There is one guy that has helped me with this, sorry I don't know his name but he tells me it has to be reset and he does it and it works. The last few times I have been to the gym I have asked others to reset #5 and they tell me they don't know how. I don't understand how only one person knows how to reset the #5 so I can hear the local news. My most frustrating moment that prompted me to write this review I asked a young lady and she replied with the usual I don't know how to do that and I replied well I do have other choices for gyms, I don't know what her reply was as she walked away but it was rude. I almost didn't join the gym a year ago when I did because she was the person that showed me around that day and she was very impersonal and cold. I live in Springdale but joined this gym because I work in Siloam Springs and like to go right after work, but may consider a change.
