I've been working out here for almost two years and everything is great, almost all the guys are very attentive and friendly, my only complaint or annoyance is that there are almost always empty paper dispensers and you have to walk almost the entire gym to find dispensers with paper to clean the machines and it's annoying sometimes.

This isn’t my favorite PF location, but it still has what you need. This location is busy most of the day and is a favorite for the senior citizens. It’s well staffed and staff responded immediately when I told them about a water spill. I didn’t like that I had to wait in line to use equipment, there’s no designated stretching zone, and no 30 minute circuit. My favorite location is off of Weddington and might be worth the extra 2 miles to drive on the freeway to go to.

My review strictly applies to the cleanliness of the locker rooms/showers. I go to a crossfit gym down the road and I ONLY go into PF to shower before I go to work. I can't tell you the number of times there has been no hot water. You either have to suck it up and take a cold shower, or go back out to the front desk and have them reset the water heater. Either way, it's a pain. I've also noticed they mop right before lunch time; one of the busiest times of the day. And they don't sweep before they mop so there's strands of hair everywhere, including chunks in the showers. Today, there was a used menstrual pad in the shower. Needs to be swept multiples times a day, not necessarily mopped. And showers need to be squeegeed multiple times a day. Nobody wants other people's hair (or whatever else) sticking to their feet.

On May i was change 2 time i called for a whole week to talk to a manager to fix that was not able to talk to one until i had to take a day off work to go see Chad in person On Friday May 30 to fix the problem he was nice and said he did hear about every one who i had talked to me but never gave me a call he “refund “ I actually put this review on Rogers then I got a call right away asking about what happen and blah blah and that they will call chad to get my refund and emailed me to check if i got email form Ruby if i got my refund back And promise i would June 12 and i did not . So clearly im never going to get my money back right ? For this place a review is more important than really fixing a simple mistake . Very frustrating situation to have to deal with . Come on almost a whole month dealing with this that not okay.

Been going to this gym for a while and everything was fine until I was treated so rudely this morning by Corey when I brought 9 year old my son in with me (summer break and no childcare). My son had his i-pad and was prepared to sit quietly in the waiting area while I did a 20 minute elliptical workout before I picked up my other kid from football practice. He very rudely told me my son cannot be in there and made us leave. I am fine with there being a rule of no kids but he could have been so much more respectful in his delivery. I can’t get over the way he talked to me. I can’t think of another experience where someone has been that rude to me that works in greeting customers at the door. I have canceled my membership and will spend my money elsewhere.

Omg I’ve been at PF all morning, like 3.5 hours doing chair massage, working out, water table massage, tanning, more chair massage, red light therapy, long luxurious shower, I feel incredible ✨✨✨ALSO the MOST IMPORTANT PART is that I’m highly sensitive and have stress related injuries and feel really self conscious when I work out because I’m weak AF. Here, I don’t feel judged AT ALL. Even if I don’t really know what I’m doing at first. There are also grandmas and granddads around and I just think it’s the coolest most inclusive place.
And big thank you to the gals and guys at reception for being so kind and friendly. I get shy EASILY and y’all are making it easy to want to return!!

Just got done talking to the front desk about a customer wearing a bikini top and darn near thong shorts. This is one of the specific things that is supposed to make planet fitness about fitness and not about putting on a show, grunting, slamming weights, photos, and talking in the phone. I've been over 40 planet fitnesses these past two years. See my reviews. I then ask them if they were going to inform the customer of the dress code. They said no, but they would talk to their manager. I asked to talk to the manager but the manager isn't here. There are three planet fitnesses all the same distance from my home. This is the only one or the employees seem to have no sense of ownership or responsibility.

Read your membership paperwork/email VERY closely because they will take every opportunity to charge you unnecessary fees, especially pertaining to canceling your membership. And, Planet Fitness certainly doesn’t make it super easy to cancel your membership when you’re ready to either. If you don’t jump through all their hoops just right, you’ll pay the bigger charge, the annual membership fee, for the whole next year, although you are not able to use their gym facilities for that year you’re paying, though, which is paying for services not even rendered in my opinion. I was just 2 days away from canceling my membership in a short month without avoiding an additional $50, but after talking to the Manager, he just referred me to a national support center who had just referred me back to the store, & then finally got transferred to some number that never picked up (phone tag game). I wouldn’t recommend Planet Fitness. There are much nicer facilities around anyway (like Crunch Fitness). If possible, stay local as best as you can. Forget the franchises with their scam type “policies” that try to make it difficult to cancel without forking over more money to do so.

Great place! I love coming here, I feel more comfortable here working out than I do at home. The employees are great and always polite. Victor is always smiling and his customer service is exceptional!

The only not-so-fabulous thing I can say is that I wish the woman's showers were warm, but that has nothing to do with the employees.

Springdale Planet Fitness is one of the better gyms in NWA. Corey, their trainer, is professional, motivating, and provides useful tips. The staff values customer service and works well as a team, always looking for ways to improve—Victor, in particular, is understanding, respectful and attentive. Everyone is great! The gym has a well-run and judgment-free atmosphere. I’d recommend it to anyone.

What's the purpose of putting walkie talkies at the front desk when no one answers? Takes forever to get help. This is a problem at multiple locations and as a black member, I shouldn't have to stand for 15+ minutes waiting for an employee to turn on a bed, chair, table or purchase a water.

I’ve been a member of the Springdale Planet Fitness for a while now, and I have to say that Ronyae is hands down one of the best employees I’ve encountered. From the moment you walk in, he greets everyone with a welcoming smile and a positive attitude. He goes above and beyond to make sure the gym is clean and organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere for all members.

Ronyae is always attentive, quick to offer assistance, and answers any questions with professionalism and kindness. He’s truly committed to making the gym a great place to work out. I cannot really give them a one star, because their customer service at the front desk doesn’t even warrant that.

My wife and I regularly go to planet fitness in our own hometown. We have no issues. When we went to check into this Planet Fitness, her plastic key fob barcode was not able to be found. We use it frequently. We asked if they could look up our phone number , and they did. They still could not find her. We gave them her first and last name and they still couldn’t find it. We went out to our car after dissatisfaction at the counter, and called customer service. They were able to look her up immediately and stayed on the phone so that we could go in and use the services we pay for.

When she went back in, she gave them the information from the customer service representative and they refused to take it. The customer service representative from Planet Fitness was still on the phone. The girl at the counter said she did not want to talk to her. The guy at the counter , just rolled his eyes. The customer service representative from planet fitness was telling them that she could vouch that we were loyal customers. We are black card members as a matter of fact. For over six years. Unfortunately, the two people working this night on the front desk. Just didn’t want to do their job.I would not recommend going to this planet fitness. And I would encourage anyone who is a regular at Planet Fitness to not expect the level of customer service that this expected at this franchise.

I came here with my bf with no issues just a couple days ago. Went in today with a guest pass. Did not know the membership holder had to be present for me to work out. Management approached me and asked me to wait at the front lobby until the account holder arrived. Walked me all the way across the gym back to the front like I was some kind of delinquent. It was quite embarrassing for someone who has to build the confidence to even go in there alone and definitely does not align with the mission statement of enhancing people's lives by “providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment, which we call the Judgement Free Zone, where anyone – and we mean anyone – can feel they belong.” I felt VERY UNWELCOME here.

Awesome and safe space to go work out even with no experience. Social anxiety stopped me from going to the gym for a long time, but there are contactless check in options and lots of cleaning stations, and nobody has ever bothered me there. The showers are clean and the black card member options are amazing. I did make a 1:1 appointment with the fitness trainer but she did not seemed excited at all to work with me, and it took a lot of courage to make that appointment. I was hoping for some genuine approachability. The rest of the staff is enthusiastic and kind.

Can I ask a genuine question? How come greeting people as they arrive and leave doesn’t happen at this location? I’ve come at all times in the day and the only person that acknowledges me is a younger guy in the morning. Even when I ask to use an amenity, there’s no personable experience. Not even an exchange of 3 words. When I smile at the staff they seem like they want to kill me (not literally). All of the workers seem so silent which is fine but when I used to come years ago, I loved how warm and kind all the staff was. Just an observation I’ve had for the past several months. Other than that, the gym is clean and stocked well.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY HAVE BED BUGS ON EVERYTHING! I was told this problem would be dealt with 4-6 months ago and it hasn’t they still have the same massage chair, foam rollers and the gym has never closed to be fumigated properly. With how long it’s been I can only imagine all the family’s this is affecting. If you have noticed little bites on you or an unexplained rash call an exterminator and check the creases of your bed. Bed bugs are extremely hard to get rid of they go in your outlets under your floor board, through YOUR WALLS. The only way to get rid of them is to have your house heated to at least 122 degrees which is not achievable by yourself you will have to call an exterminator and pay upwards of $1800. Also expect to stay in a hotel your house will be hot as hell the next few days oh and a new mattress unless you wanted to just sleep on top of dead bed bugs. I have pictures it won’t let me post them for some reason.
