One of best reformer classes I’ve ever taken and I’ve done so many different ones (solid core, bodyrok, etc) it’s a Full body workout. I’ll definitely be sore tomorrow.

I'm new to anything related to pilates and this is exactly what I was looking for. It is fast paced and keeps my heart rate up while building long lean muscles. The class is fun, goes by fast, and I'm always sore. This will definitely be in my workout rotation from here on out!

When i signed up for the first class I did not know what to expect. Because it was unlike anything I had ever done. That was back in July, today I am working hard to reach 100 classes. Each class and Instructors are different, no class has been the same and I have worked out muscles I didn't know I had. 10/10 would recommend

Such a fun and unique workout! I took Angela’s class which was fantastic, she does a great job explaining everything and the variety of exercises keeps it interesting and fun. Can’t wait to go back!
