Powerhouse Training Complex offers a variety of services to meet your team and individual sports goals. We have an indoor practice field and cages both with and without machines. Our practice field is an ideal indoor option for any field sport including soccer and even volleyball.

We came here for my sons 6th bday and this place was amazing, staff was very friendly and the set up process and finishing process were quick easy and simple! Thank you powerhouse!! Highly recommend for parties!

So many resources here! My son has gone here for years and absolutely loves. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my child. I feel safe and secure with coach Nikki. Truly a wonderful person. Her guidance and encouragement is so powerful. We love you powerhouse!!

My son has been a powerhouse youth athlete for over a year. He loves working out with coach Nikki and his friends everyday after school. I highly recommend for any child who likes to be active.

I haven’t been training there very long, but it has been amazing. My son has been going there for almost 3 years and he loves it. His training there really has helped improve his speed in flag football. I recommend looking into Powerhouse if you are looking for self improvement or improvement for your little ones in their preferred sport.

Wonderful! My go to place for working out. Awesome owners also doubles as sports and fitness coaches. Friendly atmosphere like a small community.
I was away for 6 months due to work. Went back and it's just like being back home 🙂

Had my sons birthday party here today. Only complaint is we felt rushed and it was very cold inside. The following party came in and started setting up before ours was over. We still had 15-20 minutes left. All parents hadn’t showed up to get their kids. Following party rolled in started setting up tables and flag football stuff on top of our kids while they were still playing. They should book parties far enough apart so we can get the full time we paid for and then worry about final clean up. We didn’t appreciate feeling rushed.
