Very disappointed in this company. I parked in front of their location and someone thought it was a good idea to key my car door like they were getting paid to do it. I reached out to the business multiple times to acquire their camera footage with no response. I also contacted corporate with hopes that they would help and I was met with the same lack of concern.

I have never loved a group fitness class more. I’ve been at pure barre for a few years now and have been able to workout through my pregnancies. The results are phenomenal and I love the community!

The best decision I’ve made in a while. It might seem intimidating to walk into this small boutique fitness center but this group of women have been amazing and instrumental in changing my life. The cost is offset by how much it does for you in the long run - the health benefits and also the mental benefits and release of stress. Within a few weeks I had gained a new confidence and also the ability to hang on in class so much more. This has been the best cross training addition to rock climbing. The 45-50 mins are a full body workout no matter the class format you take. If you’re questioning, the free engage class is very worth it!

The classes and instructors are great at this location, but the administration is very poorly ran. Months after canceling I’m still receiving charges on my card and cannot get anyone to answer the phone (no voicemail) and when I am able to get through to speak with someone they take a message with no returned phone call. This has been going on with no resolve for 3 months with hundreds charged to my account after cancelation. It’s an unacceptable way to run a business.

Watch out. They charged a subscription to our account again >6 months after cancelling, without giving me any notice. Tried calling ~10 times across multiple days, no answer. This stinks!

Pure Barre is my first workout since having my first child nine months ago and after the first free class, I was hooked! It’s a great blend of yoga, Pilates and barre. I have felt so comfortable in class and welcomed. Would highly recommend it to anyone!

I’ve dealt with different of pure barre locations in the past and never had any issues. This by far is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Had an annual membership that was expiring. Told the manager in May we will not be renewing and verifying the last date I was going to be charged. Still getting charged a month later after the agreed date. They sent a text stating to reply “Y” to renew and since I didn’t reply to that they just assume it’s a “Y” and charge you anyway. Ridiculous service…the manager has been the least helpful person I’ve ever had to deal with

Such a great studio and LOVE that I can take classes at both the Pinnacle Hills and Fayetteville location depending on my work schedule for the day. Gabbie, the owner, is so incredibly welcoming and encouraging both in and out of class. They are very aware of being communicative about safety protocols and handled the recent snowstorm with grace. The classes are very challenging but worth it. I love that stretching is incorporated throughout. I have noticed such a difference in how I feel overall as well as differences in my flexibility, strength, etc. The instructors make you feel like you are truly part of a community. I would highly recommended pure barre if you are seeking out the best version of yourself.

I thought that the workouts were great, but as a young college student with little experience as to how people can scam you I was taken advantage of.
I originally had an 8 class pack membership for 99 dollars that auto renewed monthly. I wanted to try the unlimited intro month. When signing up for this intro month, I was told it was 99 dollars and would only last a month. After trying to sign up for classes, the app would not let me sign up. I then called pure barre where Heather pulled up my account and told me that the unlimited intro month is 150 and that's why it wasn't letting me sign up. I told her okay although I was confused because I signed the contract for 99 dollars and they pulled 150 out of my account. I was then able to sign up. They stole $50 from me. That was scam number one.
The difference between a class pack membership and an unlimited membership is that when you cancel or no show a class with the class pack membership, you just lose a credit. With the unlimited membership, you get charged $20 for a no show and $15 for a late cancel. I was aware of this while I had my unlimited intro month. I was also told that the unlimited intro month would only last one month and after that month my 8 class pack would auto renew. On June first, my 8 class pack auto renewed and 99 dollars was pulled from my account. I am then under the impression that the credits from my previous unlimited month are gone because I was told they do not roll over. With this assumption I am under the impression that when I late cancel or no show my classes I won't be charged but instead I will lose a credit. That assumption was wrong. I was charged multiple times losing around $95. I went off what my contracts stated and the dates that I had signed up and the date that the unlimited class pack should have ended. This was scam number two.
I gave them a 30 day notice of cancellation and they proceeded to charge me on 6/30 for another 8 class pack. 99 dollars was stolen from me. That was scam number three.
After I told the owner about what had happened she originally only offered me a free month, but I did not take it because I was moving. I told her this and she proceeded to refund me $99, even though I was wrongfully charged for a total of $244.
I do not recommend this gym because the instructors have clearly not received enough training on the contracts and the system they use to charge their members. Also, the owner refused to explain the charges to me. If there is some reason that makes sense as to why I was overcharged than it should be easily explainable. Please be careful.

I just moved back to the area and was so happy to join the Pinnacle Hills studio after falling in love with pure barre in 2020. The environment they cultivate in each class is so encouraging and motivating, the teachers are kind and intentional, and the communication is top notch. If you’re looking to find community while also getting stronger this is the place!

Pure Barre is the only workout so far that I’ve been able to do consistently. I went from barely exercising at all to doing barre for over a year! The instructors and staff are awesome, and I love that the workouts are low impact and there are plenty of modifications to make moves harder or easier. Pure Barre helps me feel like my strongest self.

Joined in March. Then they shut down and continued to charge my credit card even after I canceled. I didn’t want to pay $99 a month foe online classes. Beware do NOT join this club. I’m still fighting my charges

Pure Barre is a fabulous work out! I have seen so much change in my body and truly so quickly!! They make it easy to just show up and know I'll be getting a complete workout. The fact that I'm also able to do the workouts from home with COVID, is incredible. The owners and staff have been so accommodating and helpful!

Charged me $99/month while they were shut down during COVID! Signed up 3/15, they shut down 3/17 - Used one time, paid $300. I did not take any online classes as that is not the membership I signed up for. Did not return phone calls, still trying to charge me after canceling membership bc I didn’t cancel full month in advance yet received no proration when their doors were shut. Beware, they have made no effort to make this right. And still trying to collect an additional $200 on top of $300 already paid, really for 1 class? Do you really care about your customers?
