Best gym in the area hands down. Owner, staff, and facility is top notch. Plenty of knowledge and experience in the facility to handle anything you can throw at them. Full supplement shop inside is great for grabbing anything you need to fuel your workouts or recover from them. Just can't say enough about this gym, its a place im glad to be part of and call it my gym home.

Mediocre gym. Nothing has changed in forever. We need new equipment, better use of space. And the employees ain’t that helpful. Sometimes they ain’t even at the desk. Lots of behind the scenes going on here. Wish that the money that the gym makes would be invested back in the gym like the gyms in NWA. Has commercialized a lot since the larger space opened too.

River valley is the best gym I’ve ever gone to. It’s perfect for a beginner or if you’ve been working out for a while. The owner visits frequently and has the best employees. I also love the hours. Great place and I 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Let’s start with the positive. Large open space with multiple areas so you don’t feel too crowded. The negatives: some staff is helpful and friendly. Some act like you are a bother when asking questions about services or general questions about the gym. Fair amount of the equipment is in disrepair, or without the pin to select the weight. sometimes you should just snag the pin from one piece of equipment cause who knows if the next piece has one. Treadmills and such, you will find yourself hoping from one to another to find a fully functional one or one that doesn’t make an awful noise when in use. The app is touch and go, sometimes it takes a minute just to get through the gates (Bluetooth access). Staff won’t cancel your membership, you will be instructed to use the app. Which in my case, I cancelled in the app (no longer worked in that town) two months later get hit for mine and my wife’s membership for two months. Haven’t been back there since October 23rd, the day I cancelled, and was told sorry there’s nothing we can do about it. Asked if there is a number for the app to try and resolve it with them. Was asked haven’t you tried googling it?…… was then given the number for the repair line for hamster equipment. That rep was kind and said it happens often. The gym has to do it. All in all a local business that is not any better than a corporate chain. Better of at a big chain gym or fort smith athletic club. Atleast the have a pool, indoor/outdoor tennis and quality equipment. Expected better, sad to see a local business underperform a corporate chain in friendliness and basic respect.

Nice gym, very spacious. Lots of options for machines so you don't have to wait. I wish they had more lockers in the women's locker room. All but one appear to constantly be taken. Not sure if those are monthly rentals or not but there's always clothes in them. I think there are maybe 8-10 lockers and only one is ever (sometimes) available. I go during the day so it's not even peak time.

Great safe location for 24/7 late night workouts. Entry is digital through an app. Was signed up by the very owner himself and was in and out in minutes. All staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Supplement store is a plus. Shawn’s Muay Thai school is coming along as well. There’s a lot of work that they’re putting in and new things are coming so just be patient. Best choice for a gym in the River Valley area by far.

Best gym in the state. Enough equipment for your average gym goer or if you have your pro card. They have it all; a Supplement store, Pickleball courts, CrossFit, Bodybuilding, jujitsu and soon a ninja warrior course. This is your place to get your body back. Randy has it all. Traveling in from out of town and I gotta say this gym has the best setup for weight lifters or anyone in weight training. Yes, I’m sure there are other gyms that have newer/better condition free weights but I’ve never seen a gym with such a good spread of everything. Everything is spaced out very well.
Price for a weekly guest pass was very good. Very good prices and options in the nutrition store as well.

At the end of this month will mark a full year at River valley. At times, I would hurt but I kept pushing knowing that the pain would leave my body and most of it has. Randy's facility changes lives every day and gives people not only a place to work out but a place that feels like home. Some days, I would rather be at the gym than my own house because I feel like I finally belong somewhere in life. It's a great feeling for one to feel like they belong within a society that treats most people like an outcast if they aren't a part of the popular group. This facility has forever changed me, and I'll never forget that all the days of my life. I found this gym at a time in which I felt so broken on the inside, as men we don't talk about the brokenness that we feel but always keep strong and keep moving forward. I no longer feel broken and that is a great feeling to have.

To all the kind people that I have met here, I just wanted to say thank you for being kind to me as it's a true reflection of who you are at the core.

I enjoy this gym. Usually pretty busy. Guest and staff seem to be friendly. They seem to have groups using the gym doing different activities throughout the week, but this doesn't interfere with my workout.

This is definitely my go to gym when I’m home. The place is insanely huge, and there’s so much equipment that it’s rare to find yourself waiting for a machine. This is also coming from someone that avoids rush hour anywhere. Best prices on supps, and all the staff have been great from my experience. The owner is a super cool guy, makes you feel right at home!

Nice gym improvised from an old Sears connected to the mall. Good location. Has that old Gold's Gym feel to it. As a military member I prefer a more authentic and raw experience when lifting and this place captures that vibe. . This gym is owned and operated locally which is always a better experience than franchises or "box" gyms. Powerlifter/body builder attitude though there are plenty of other things to do here such as pickle ball, yoga, MMA, cardio, locker rooms and a sauna. The gym is huge due to being an old Sears so there is plenty of room for a lot of people. There's a large assortment of free weights and machines. I can really only knock the place on having a lot of old equipment that needs updating but I'm sure that it will all be replaced at some point so I can update my review if that is the case. Bathrooms could use some love as well. On the whole, the best gym I've seen in River Valley.

This is the perfect gym for people serious about weightlifting and/or overall fitness, while still being a great place for the beginner to start the journey into fitness. Beautiful gym.. receiving one star because of the staff members very unprofessional. I was working out with my friend and I was using the “all American Texas bar and a guy comes up and tried to boast his knowledge and he started yelling at me saying I was using it for the wrong thing etc etc told the empolyee at front and they said “ok he always like that he has mood swings.”

I took a kickboxing class here with Stephanie. I was not prepared for the level of cardio it would take. It was a great workout though. I had a lot of fun and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to push themselves. Two thumbs up!

Great place I absolutely loved coming to the gym in the mornings. I usually get there about 4:00 a.m. and there aren't a lot of people there at that time but they do have a substantial amount of equipment. It is a great place to go and work out as it is very diversified in the types of equipment they have. It is a very clean facility and I feel they are doing everything they can to keep the spread of covid-19 as low as possible. I would highly recommend this place if you want a gym membership currently I am paying $30 a month. They take $5 off for having it direct draft out of your checking account. Hope everyone has an amazing and blessed day and go check out the gym if you really feel you want the commitment of going to the gym on regular basis you will definitely get everything out of this that you would get at any other facility and at a great price. They are also open 24 hours a day as I have a card that I can swipe and get in the door at any hour.

I have been going here since it opened. I gotten to be really good friends with the owner and his wife and they are top notch! Jo the receptionist is very nice and will help you with whatever you need. Randy's workout regimen for the girls is second to none. I have seen those girls accomplish so much under Randy. It's the only gym I will go to!
