Andrew is an amazing trainer! I love that his exercise Program is 30 minutes so just perfect to get your workout done and go on with your daily living . I love how his workouts are effective and get results ! I have been attending 10 weeks now and I've had friends compliment me and notice a difference of how tone my body is! I love his fb page . He keeps us updated on nutrition and has inspirational quotes. He treats everyone equal ! Ensures we are doing our exercise correctly and safely! Although we are a group. He observes us and knows when to upgrade you to the next level. His class is not a competition with others . It's class about you and your endurance . I love the diversity of age group! He cares and checks on you when needed' people ask me how he does his exercises and got fast results ! I am very satisfied and happy! I look forward to his classes ! And he end our workout with a high great job! Oh this part is important , when you first begin you will be eased into the program ! I 100% recommend him. If you are wanting to shape your body or just want to be healthy as your goals ! He's definitely the trainer you need !:) you will not be disappointed!:)

Highly recommend rush fitness classes AND Andrew’s 90 day program! The 30 minute classes are my favorite daily exercise- each class is full of great people and every workout kicks your butt! In addition to workout classes, a few months ago I decided to take control of my health by doing the 90 day program. After completing the 90 day program I am down 30 pounds and 3 sizes! The program is tough, but doable with consistent coaching and motivation from Andrew! I feel more confident and comfortable in every day life. After 12 weeks of developing healthy eating and training habits I am able to continue to make healthy choices without feeling like I’m missing out. It really was a life changing experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing training classes and a healthier lifestyle!

I started personal training sessions with Andrew this past spring. First time I've ever had a personal trainer and Andrew is exactly what I needed to start. He's down to earth, laid back, and understanding. He invests in his folks with new equipment and variations on training to avoid plateau. Flexible to work with and, of course, I'm beginning to see results not just physically but feeling stronger, healthier, better. Working out is kind of like quitting smoking, you have to really want to do it and until you do it will never happen. I LOVE THIS GYM!! I started going four weeks ago, and I have noticed I am walking taller, feeling better, and my overall health is incredibly getting better each day! The workouts are tough but all around good. Andrew is motivating, and keeps an eye to ensure the movements are getting the maximum benefit. He keeps us going the entire time. I must say, he also keeps the gym meticulously clean! I have sat in my truck for a little while after workouts and always see him vacuuming and cleaning after we are done. I highly recommend this gym, the 5:45am class is usually done by 6:20 so it is perfect timing for a quick workout then off to get the day started! I have been to several gyms around the area, and to have a workout pre-planned, hitting all the areas throughout the week, and motivational keeps the journey of fitness on point and without me doing all the planning (which I usually fail at!!)! Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

All the info out there is overwhelming!!!
At least 33 years of not knowing what to do, failing at all I tried.
Andrew has helped me with my diet, even supplements to help with my physical problems.
He also taught me how, what, and when to exercise, muscles I didn’t know I still have. Lol!
I have lost 19 pounds since Jan 8th and still loosing. Every part of my body is getting smaller and stronger.

This is a great gym. I love that you get a thorough workout in 30 minutes and the classes are small and personal. All of the members are friendly, encouraging and of all ages. Each class is a different workout so you’re not in a rut of repeating the same routine. The exercises are tough but you go at your own pace and you will see results if you show up and participate no matter what stage of fitness you are at. Andrew the instructor is patient, knowledgeable and will hold you accountable which I appreciate. He really cares about each individual’s fitness goals and will help you to achieve them.

I have been working out at Rush Fitness for over three years now. I love it. It is the only fitness place that I have been able to stick with. I go to either the 4:30 pm or 5:30 pm class every day Monday - Friday. It is very challenging yet at the same time adaptable for lots of ability levels. When I started, my cholesterol was high for the first time in my life. I also suffered from neck pain that I wasn't getting any relief from - either from medication or the chiropractor. Within a month of starting, my neck pain was completely gone, and at my next doctor's appointment, my cholesterol was normal again. I have also lost over 20 pounds. My body overall is very toned. Another great part of Rush is that the workout is only 30 minutes. It is also different every day, so I never get bored with the same old thing. Even though I go every day, workouts are still challenging and still make me sore (though I am not sore every day like at the beginning). Since I am over 40, I have recently started to add weight training with Andrew and I can definitely tell the difference there as well. The environment is relaxed and all the people are friendly and accepting. One more thing - doing yard work used to leave me completely exhausted and useless for the rest of the day. Now, it is no problem and make yard has never looked better!
I highly recommend Rush Fitness!

I had Gastric Bypass 5 years ago and have maintained my weight loss. I got to a point where I was comfortable and stopped working out. I needed someone to hold me accountable. Going to Rush Fitness has done that for me. I've never liked big gyms. I love that the classes are small and it's only 30 minutes! I try not to miss unless I really have to. Andrew is a great motivator. He will message you when you miss. I like that! I recently started personal training with him once a week as well. I have no doubt I will make my body goals in no time!
