Let me just say I’m so glad I finally starting working with Sarah at the beginning of the year and this year has been one of my best. I’ve really seen some great results because of the changes Sarah made to my food and training plan. I really trust and value her knowledge and advice that I get every time we talk. I’ve known her for a few years and I’ve seen the results in person now! Reach out to her….she’s really awesome at what she does!

Photos are about 5 months apart and about 15 pounds difference. I didn’t starve myself, I wasn’t in the gym for hours a day. Tracking food and logging what you do are key to this journey and that’s what Sarah can help you with!

To say that I recommend Sarah King Fitness is an understatement. Sarah has changed my life. She has given me a totally new outlook on fitness, health, and wellness. I was working out for hours a day and eating in a severe calorie deficit before I met her. Competing with myself at the risk of my own body. Today, after 6 months of doing one-on-one training with Sarah twice a week and following a meal plan created just for me, I’m stronger, healthier, and leaner than I’ve ever been at the age of 49. And I’m eating way more food and foods that I love in the process. My husband and I both workout with Sarah twice a week and even though we aren’t always in the gym at the same time, we are on this journey together, grateful to Sarah for guiding us through. Her online programs make tracking your progress easy, and her in-person sessions make sure that you're performing the movements correctly.

I worked with Sarah for about 6 weeks on a mini cut for a photo shoot. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. It was the first official cut that I have ever done and I’m glad that Sarah coached me through it. Not only does she have a great amount of knowledge that shines through in her coaching, but she also knows how to make her clients feel empowered, motivated, and mentally strong. I learned so much throughout my cut, but one thing that stuck with me the most is the discipline that I built throughout hitting my macros and getting my workouts in everyday!! If you are looking for a personal trainer who will listen to you and really understand your goals, then Sarah is your girl. Sarah is great because she designs a training plan specifically for you and then challenges you at a pace that makes sense and delivers results. She is also very knowledgeable and excellent at giving advice about proper nutrition to support your training goals, which is crucial to strength training. I started training 2 days a week but enjoyed it so much that I immediately asked Sarah if we could add an extra day. I always look forward to our sessions because I know Sarah will make me work hard, but not so intimidating that I won't enjoy it or want to quit. I know that building a stronger physique takes time and I am so grateful to have Sarah lead me on this journey.
