Well for a small town of Cotter I was satisfied with what it had to offer. I come from city million plus and been to some of the best gyms. Including one of former Mister Universe. I'm more of body builder than exerciser. As I'm closing into my late 40s I'm happy what it offers. Super great trainer at the gym also. One of best I've seen anywhere.

I've had surgery recently but I CANNOT wait to get back to the gym!!! I can't heal fast enough. I was making some real visual changes and I didn't even mind getting here at 6-6:30am!! I miss my morning gym routine with my bestie!!!!
