We love Shrimply The Best. I was so hesitant if starting ISR swim with my 5 year old was the right choice but working with Gabi and Halsey has been amazing! Gabi instilled such confidence in my daughter and taught her water safety skills. I love here program and my daughter was swimming in 3 weeks and loves her weekly lessons. Shrimply the Best really is the best! We heard through the grapevine that they do amazing work with the kiddos, and they are great teachers. Gabi and Halsey are nothing short of that! My daughter started lessons when she was 6 months old, and she is now 18 months old and still going strong. Gabi and Halsey truly care about and love their swimmers. We absolutely love Gabi and the safety that she teaches our little. We started with Gabi when our baby was just 8 months old— scary for us parents but with Gabi’s confidence and knowledge, she immediately put us at ease! Survival swim is a must and on graduation day, we were SO PROUD and it was incredible to witness! The videos she took that day were absolutely unbelievable! We found out about Gabi through a friend. We were in the area for the summer and wanted our 3 year old to learn to be safe in a pool as well as gain confidence. She was able to fit us in on her schedule so my daughter could complete her lessons while we were in town. By the end of the 3rd or 4th week, my daughter loved the pool and asked to go back. She gained life saving skills in the water despite her stubbornness. She still talks about going to see Ms Gabi at the pool. Highly recommend.

Mrs Gabi is AMAZING! Arkansas really is lucky to have her as good survival swim instructors are hard to find. I completely trust her with my two year old who would literally fight me to go jump into whatever body of water he saw. Now he has a better understanding and respect for water and actual skills to survive in it. If you do anything for your kids please do this. Especially since you have access to such a great teacher.

Miss Gabi is an experienced instructor who teaches kids this vital skill! She is easy to communicate with and tried her best to accommodate our schedule changes.

The biggest challenge to take this class for us was the time, but we are glad we prioritized the class. The class made my kid understand the power of water/nature, learn the survival swim, and prepare the basics to learn proper swimming when ready.

Gabi is a wonderful instructor!! She goes above and beyond for her students. I was searching for a bilingual instructor since my little one only speaks Spanish and I'm so thankful I found Gabi. Ms. Gabi (as my toddler affectionally calls her) runs her business so professionally and is EXCELLENT at communicating with parents & caregivers!!! Gabi is a trained & skilled professional in her technique & teaching of the Swim-Float-Swim skills!!! It is amazing to watch her so calmly maneuver & teach babies, toddlers & children of all ages!!! I found Mrs. Gabi through a Facebook moms group where she posted about her business, I’ve always gone back and forth on signing my kids up for survival swim classes but since the first conversation with Gabi I felt confident this was the right move. Mrs. Gabi is a loving and caring swim instructor, always giving my kids hugs when they needed them and helping them understand that she is there for them! My 2 year old started taking lessons in December and by the time our pool opened up he was swimming confidently by himself, from the stairs to another ledge and back! My 5 year old daughter had taken traditional swim lessons but never learned how to roll over and float to catch her breath, she was also scared of the deep end and after two weeks with Mrs Gabi she was swimming the entire length of the pool, rolling over to catch her breath the correct way!! I feel like I could go on and on of how awesome Mrs. Gabi is but I will say you definitely won’t regret signing your kids up for her survival swim classes!

Mrs. Gabi is wonderful! She clearly communicated with our family from the time we signed up and beyond our 6 weeks. We weren’t left with questions. She covered everything from what to expect the first few weeks of lessons, what our day to day would look like while enrolled in her program, what to expect for weather reschedules, prepared us for testing days, as well as gave us information on how to work on our skills at home. She gave feedback daily and even checked in later in the day if we (child or parent) had a hard time at our lesson. Definitely recommend if you have children that will be near water. We put in a pool and this was a must to do before it was filled. Gabi was really great to work with, my kids loved her. I could also tell that Gabi cared that I felt comfortable as a parent. She often checked in with me, made time for communication and educated me on issues I was concerned with.

Mrs. Gabi is an amazing Infant Aquatics instructor. There is such a distinction between regular “swimming lessons” and “self-rescue survival swimming lessons” and Mrs. Gabi’s expertise in the latter category absolutely taught both of my children (ages 2 and 5 at time of first lesson) how to save themselves in the water. They gained confidence and control in the water within 1-2 days. Mrs. Gabi is consistent in her teaching while still so very kind and sweet to the kiddos. She gave us pointers on things to work on at home and honest assessments on continuing maintenance sessions.

Providing my children with the gift of rescue swimming lesson is one of the best investments. Having Mrs. Gabi as my children’s instructor was truly one of the best experiences for them.

Our daughter is two and is finishing up her 6 week survival swim course with Gabi at Shrimply the Best Infant Aquatics. She just passed her summer clothes test and the progress was undeniable. Whether your child is falls in the water on accident or is enjoying the pool, he/she will be equipped. She uses a proven technique and is highly qualified to instruct. Gabi puts kids at ease in the pool. During the lessons, her students are learning new and uncomfortable things to them, but Gabi is encouraging, calm, and consistent.
